Labyrinth OOC

1. I'm sorry for being so uber slow on posting. I've had kind of a busy last week or so. Birthdays, reunions, people in the hospital. It's nuts. Believe me.

2. Mini Hiatus: I'll be out of town for the next ten or so days in Vegas. (If anyone wants a souvenier, let me know.) I'll have my laptop, but I don't know if I'll have internet access. I'll try to post if I get a chance, though. And I'm going to try to catch up before I go.

3. I'm going back to school on the 25th of this month. I'm afraid this is going to severely cut back on my RP tiems. It may also make me slower. I'm taking classes in the morning which will make me work later on some days, so I won't have the time at night to reply like I usually do. I'm not going anywhere, I'll just be slower. (As if that's possible, right?)

4. I'm going to be dropping a few characters. Cathal, Robin, Xena & probably Pandora (I can't decide). I know I have open threads with them, so I'll finish before I pull them, but I won't be starting any new threads for them. I'll definitely still have Brennan, Olive and Giselle around, though.

I'm really really sorry. I love you all dearly. Hopefully once I'm back from Vegas I'll be a little more on par. Thanks for understanding!

Anything older than that will be up to you to finish if you want to. Okay, here it is! We still have threads from all the way back on Day 5 still on this list, so we really need to think about finishing them or just getting them closed. There are some threads that haven't been posted to in over a month. To help, I put the date the last post was made at the end of the threads.

I also put threads from Day 11 on there, but that's just to help me when I get it updated for next week after the day change on Sunday. Thanks guys!

otherworld_heir- Is he running the labyrinth with Tonks and Marcus?

ever_ever_after- Cute redhead who is far too bubbly for her own good. Has been through the labyrinth and lived to tell the tale.

taylorwade- Robin would like to go through the labyrinth if there's anyone who wants to accompany him?

Other than those few ideas, I don't have much planned for them. If you'd like to play with any of them, just let me know so we can set something up!

I think my life may have come back to some semblance of order. My family is gone, the cancer walk is over, the funeral and subsequent family junk is over... Yay! This means that I should have more time for writing and keeping up. Although, I do have to warn you and violently blame Rose (the player, not the character) for a new obsession (e.g. www.questionablecontent.net). I may or may not have to kill you, dear! Never fear, it will be done in a very non-creepy, loving manner.

Anyway, this is just to let you know that I am back and ready to catch up and start new threads. Yayah!

What types of things will keep you interested in the game? What will help you further develop your characters? What would be the most fun for you? What types of things have happened in other games you've been in that were entertaining?

Hi Gang!

We would like to know your opinion on RP Etiquette and what you think the rules should be. We would like to know what really bothers you, and any suggestions you might have for keeping these things out of the game. We know that everyone, or most everyone, wants to play in a drama-free game and we want to do our part to make that happen.

With your feedback and ideas of our own, we will be adding a section to the mod journal regarding this etiquette and the expectations we have of the players in the game.

We would like you to keep your feedback to generalities and avoid pointing fingers or bashing other players. However, with that said, we would also like feedback on what we, as mods, could do better or keep an eye on.

We want you to feel as free as possible to give your feedback and encourage you to post your suggestion comments annonymously.

...and this is the last time. I swear. Unless I drop someone, but that's doubtful. Anyway. Ally here, presenting Pandora of Anne Rice's New Tales of the Vampires. She's mentioned throughout most of the books in the Vampire Chronicles series, so we'll just stick her in that category, shall we? She's old. And dude, I mean old. Like 2013! She was born before Christ even. So, she's actually become a bit bored and melancholy about her life so she's kinda sulky. Also, she kind of gets a kick out of human suffering. Not in a real sadistic way, but in a "quit your crying" kind of way. Not real sympathetic, this one. She doesn't really know Armand but they share the same sire, so that will be fun. She's old enough that sunlight doesn't do much anymore except give her a bit of a burn, which goes away quickly. And she doesn't really need to feed much anymore, either. Although I believe Armand is going to tell her how nummy telepath blood is, so Juniper and Schuldig might need to give up a little sample. Heh! Anyway, she's going to be fun, I promise. She's also going to be dropped into the middle of the ball, so if anyone wants her, let me know!

And just so you know, she's going to get a kick out of puncturing your characters' cannons! *snerk*

Meet Itty Bitty, aka Olive Snook of Pushing Daisies. She's a cute little thing at 4'11" and very friendly. She's kind of obsessed with Ned and hasn't been able to fall out of love with him no matter how hard she tries. She's coming in from the end of the second season to Ned's end of the first season, so she knows a lot of stuff he doesn't. Which is of teh awesome. Anyway, she's fun and should be very easy to plot with.

Hey Everyone! Ally here!

I'm terribly crazy, so I have two new characters to introduce. #1 is Robin of Locksley, aka Robin Hood. He can be found here: taylorwade. He's played by the beautiful Kevin Costner. I don't care what anyone says, he's beautiful to me. Mr. Hood has been taken from just before the hanging was to occur in Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves, his fandom. He's feeling a bit guilty about that and worried about Marian. But, he is kind and knows how to have a good time when the drinks are passed out.

#2 is this guy here. His name is Cathal and he's a bit misunderstood. I apologize for all the nakedness in his icons (but not really). His PB is a pornstar and apparently they never wear clothes. But he's like the only guy I could find with facial tattoos but also more than one picture. Besides, he's hot. Anyway, back to Cathal. The poor boy is from 9th century Ireland and he's half fae, half human and his father, Lord of the Otherworld, wants him back. No matter the cost. Luckily for Cathal, his father won't be finding him here. At least, I hope not. He'll be mooning over his lost love, Clodagh, for a while, so you'll have to forgive the moody bastard.

My name is Ally. I'm a characterholic. I have a serious addiction, and I need help. Anyone who has played with me before knows this. But they are all powerless to stop me. Or, they have been in the past since I've mostly been the mod to all the games I've been in. Heh. So, I guess if I get too crazy, Jen can just whack me and say no and I'll have to obey.


Annnnnyway, I have two characters at the moment, with another currently in the works. First is Giselle. She's from this awesome movie called Enchanted. If you haven't seen it, you really should. It's amazing and hysterical. Plus Amy Adams is hot, so why would you not? Giselle is what you'd call optimistic. She loves everything and finds the good in everyone. She is hopelessly attracted to princes and is completely and utterly girly. She loves to sing and dance and she has more friends in the animal world than in the human one. She doesn't have any superpowers, but she does have the uncanny knack of finding herself in the wrong world at nearly every turn.

Second is Xena. She's from this amazing television show of epic porportions called Xena: Warrior Princess. It was all filmed in New Zeland and it centers around the travels and experiences of two women, Xena and her sidekick Gabrielle. Xena's beautiful PB is the lovely Kiwi Lucy Lawless. Xena is a pretty no nonsense type of girl, and she gets her kicks by kicking ass. Especially when it comes to anyone working against the greater good. There'll be lots of dead goblins in her wake, I think. She's rather fond of Gabrielle, believing that they're soulmates. She'd do anything for her, and has. Y'know, like fighting off an entire Persian army singlehanded? That kind of thing. She's insanely strong, both in mind and body and she's not really one to mess with. She does have a bit of superpower when she needs it, but she generally relies on her sword and chakram to do what she needs to accomplish.

Anyway, those are my kids in a nutshell. They are both up for plotting and fun. And hopefully within the next few days I'll be bringing Robin of Locksley, aka Robin Hood from Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves around. I'm excited for the game to start and I look forward to playing with you all!
