Hello, everyone!

Alright, so here's the deal. There really are quite a few unfinished threads right now, and I know that, for me, that makes it discouraging to start any new ones. I never want to get too bogged down, you know? So, because of this, we're going to have a two-week long day four. That way, we can hopefully wrap up the ball thread as well as a bunch of other threads. Also, I was going through the incomplete threads list and I noticed that there were a bunch that hadn't been posted in for awhile. Please make sure you're posting regularly, since it isn't fair to make people wait! If you're in a thread and someone hasn't posted for awhile, perhaps talk to them and ask if they forgot.

Okay, so in other news, since the ball plot is almost over, I'm looking at other things to do that could be interesting. One idea is to do group activities, where three people are paired up at random and forced to do an activity. These would not be option, however, if you really wouldn't want your characters to participate in something like that, I'm not going to force you. I'm looking at maybe day six and seven for these, and possibly eight, too. It's still very much in the works.

Long story at least a little shorter, just take this extra time to wrap up your old threads, and also post here with what you think about the group activities thing. As well, in a little bit, I'll probably be changing the look of the City of Illusions. There's a list in the mod journal of options, what do people think?

As for switching up the city and creating activities, I just went through the ideas and I am ADDICTED to the amusement park. Laser tag would be amazing, too, but I don't think anyone, even Jareth, could tolerate that for more than a day or two at a time. But the amusement park...think of the things it has for interactions! Games on a midway, rides to stand in line for (or throw up together over), goblins putting on Broadway style shows (cause you KNOW you want to...), and food galore. Ned requests a pie baking contest! Presumably to be followed by a pie EATING contest...

I'm also kind of into the educational ones. An aquarium? How cool would that be?? And it could be species from all over, not just OUR world. I think Rose would die from glee.

So long story longer (cause it's 3am and I babble at 3am), I think there's plenty to be done with any change. And I think interaction could be found in one or the other without having to force interaction if you decided not to go that route. But if you DID, then I'm all for that, too!

Yes, I agree that the amusement park does have a ton to offer. Just like the Ren Faire, there's lots to do, which is important. I am semi-amused by the idea of people darting around, being hunted with laser guns, but that's just me :-D Mmm, pie!

Yeah, I'd thought about that. Animals from all over earth, as well as all over everywhere. It would be a huge aquarium, really. Hee!

Okay, I'll keep that in mind!

I am soooo ashamed of her! She's going to be all humiliated when she realizes what a petty schmuck she's been.

At least laser guns don't hurt like paintball does! OH man, I just had a vision of a country western style day, complete with honky tonk music and farm animals running amok. And I have NO idea where that came from unless it's the hay bales in the paintball scene in 10 Things I Hate About You.

(Clearly, I babble at all times of the day...)

*pets* Well, Tonks still likes her! And we should really do a thread soon, with any of your characters and any of mine, because the ones we've done have been fun!

Oh, man, I know! The welts! Hmm... and hay rides! I wonder if it could somehow be combined with other sort of theme days. Like a... I dunno, Latino day with salsa dancing and spanish guitar and stuff. Each day could have a different sort of theme, hmmm....

Yessss, I agree! Ned and Rose are both yours for the taking, and I KNOW Mr. Three will want to hang out with yours if he comes about, particularly the magic doing or elf being ones. :)

Latino day sounds terribly smexy, I have to admit it. Mardis Gras may as well join the club, and speaking of clubs, Night Club day, complete with techno music and revolving dance floors... ;D

Let's see... day five, pick one of your characters and one of mine! Armand, Tonks, Legolas, Faith, Yuna, and Gabrielle at your service! Hee, and Legolas would be terribly fascinated by the dragon, really! Yuna would be reminded of some of her Aeons! Hee!

Oh, for sure! That sounds awesome. Mardi Gras, Country, Latino, Nightclub, and if we get three more we could do a full week of random theme days! I don't see any of them being good for more than one day, really. Hawaiian Luau?

	I know one thing that was a huge success at a game I was in was 'musical' week a la the Buffy episode 'once more with feeling'. Also what could be very VERY fun is a body switch day. Or wake up and discover you're a different gender or a different age. A bit more on the 'magical' side but also could be quite a lot of fun! :D (Reply to this) (Thread)

	Yes! Some of my characters would be ready to kill someone. Some of them would like it. Mostly just Legolas and Gabrielle, really. I've been in games with the body switch thing, and never really got into it. But if people wanted to do it, I'd run it. It would make things interesting, and be right up Jareth's alley. 	Willow still wants to have a huge bonfire/story telling/sing song night but for women only, totally girly bonding ya know? I guess it's unfair but the boys can have their own set up in a different part of the grounds. (Ok Legolas would be invited to the ladies night snickers) (Reply to this)
