[That's the only comfort in this entire situation-- he forgot Yuuko-san, Himawari forgot about her bonds to the both of them... but you're still here, same as always. Even if everything changes, even if it's a good thing... sometimes, not changing is a good thing, too.]

[He'll just slump against the wall on the porch, holding the pipe in his hands in a way that is almost reverent, before bringing it to his lips and inhaling deeply.]
