WHILE THE VAMPIRE RUN GOVERNMENT HAS HAD ITS TRIALS, FROM UNHEARD OF IMMORTALITY THREATENING ILLNESSES TO A RECENTLY QUELLED REVOLUTION, ONCE AGAIN THE SUPERNATURALLY STRONG HAVE COME TO CONTROL THE WEAK WITH AN EVEN MORE MERCILESS HAND THAN EVER BEFORE.
