In Shadow Falls

Who: Rich Hays and Oz
When: Monday May 10, late afternoon
Where: local park
What: Rich is running the track that winds itself in the woods

Rich decided to take advantage of the cool afternoon. After giving blood at the blood bank he decided to take a nice run through the park. The trail wound itself around, partly going into the dense woods giving it a cross country feel.  

 

He was looking forward to his plans with Carol, picking up dinner and going to her place for the evening.  Rich thought how much enjoyed her company. He reflected back in the last two weeks, he had not migraines to speak of. Perhaps talking to her, and planning on how to keep his family and friends safe were relieving the pressure.

 

With running shorts and running shirt on, trainers tied, he warmed up at the beginning of the trail, stretching muscles this way and that, looking forward to mind numbing thump to the pavement. 

 

Rich made sure he had his keys, wallet and cell phone in the ankle wrap. With that, he set off down the path.
