[OOC: Over slum wireless on station 224.588. Prerecorded and auto-tuned broadcast from Windsor]

Good evening.

It has been a few months since the last broadcast, but I feel it's important now to reach back out to everyone. It is a dark time for us all. A difficult time to see the light at the end of the tunnel. Through dissent and inaction, the minds and desires of those among us grow wild with unease and distrust. This is not the time for us to splinter further than we have. The Pink Rebellion, we respect your desire to push further and harder than we have, but know this: boldness of action is not always the wisest of courses. But you are right. Our inaction itself has been an action, and for that perhaps we have failed your expectations. Know that gears are turning and the cogs have not frozen in fear of punishment.

Moving forward, we need to work united under one mentality: betterment. Not the destruction of what stands now, but the righting of wrongs and justice served. But this also means betterment toward ourselves. In the last few weeks, our streets have been plagued by a new violence that is disarming. While we work to find out who is at fault and how to serve justice, everyone else needs to watch out for each other. This is not a world where anyone one person is alone-- we are a family. And with that, we must keep our eyes peeled and ears listening. If anything appears out of the ordinary, know who to turn to with this information, and do not be afraid. And we must keep our hearts open. Too long have we been stressed and strained against each other, and that discourse is where we are weakest.

As we move toward the end of the year, keep each other in mind. No one person's plight is any less important because it is not your own. The life we lead can quickly cause the selfish mentality at getting ahead where others fail. We are still a community of one people. And as a community, we need to pull together. For those seeking more action, be safe and wise. Know their reach is longer than it may seem, and eyes are always on us. To the keepers of our citizens, keep your coins close in case events heat up.

Your Nightingale, signing off.
