Happily, I can teport the four amendments voted on last night passed with 73, 97, 88, and 77% of the vote respectively. They all required 50%. Thank you all for your continued participation.

I think in the next round of amendments, we should revisit provision 4.5. I don't think it's a bad idea necessarily, but needs to be reworded.

But I suppose the priority now is, what does this new timer mean, and what to do with Natasha Romanoff when she comes back.

	After a minimum of three experiments or 4 months (whichever arrives first) any member of the Collective may choose to transfer squads. Such a transfer must be approved by the new Squad's Council member. At the discresion of the Council Member and the New Squad, they can choose to vote on whether or not to honor the transfer request. 	Regardless of which direction the movement flows, there would also have to be a Constitutional amendment proposed to make some provision for elections ever taking place again, which it currently lacks; or at least for replacement based on grounds other than incapacity.
