Your husband, William Arthur Weasley, has been injured and transported to St. Mungo's. Although our records indicate that you are not his current wife, Mr. Weasley has insisted that we contact you and that you are, in fact, his wife.

Also, our records indicate that Mr. Weasley has not yet registered with the Ministry of Magic in spite of the recently passed laws regarding werewolves. We have contacted a Ministry official regarding this matter.
