WHO: London and the blind boy Z
WHAT: I don't know! I'm bored!
WHEN: Thursday... afternoon.
WHERE: Outside! Quad!
RATING: Um, like, at least PG-13. The girl has a mouth on her.

London was meandering around outside, camera in hand. She was snapping pictures of random younger years running around playing game, as well as random trees that she'd probably taken pictures of plenty of times before. Just, well, sometimes things were still quite pretty even if she'd taken pictures of them before. Granted, she hadn't intended to trip right over Z who was sitting on the ground.

Really. If there was a tripping accident revolving around a blind boy, shouldn't it be the blind one tripping? "Fuck," London muttered, growling a little at the scratched up hands she now possessed. She checked her camera over, seeing nothing worse than the scratch she'd acquired prior to that particular fall. She looked over at Z, whom she'd just fallen onto pretty much, and didn't bother to move her legs off him quite yet.

"How is that I'm the one to fucking trip when you're the one with the shitting visual impairment?"

Before he could retort to anything, he felt his body being pulled down. Being pulled down by a girl with his body structure? Now, that was just pathetic. He let out a quick yelp before falling half on her small frame. He landed with a grunt, and then propped on his elbow so he hovered over London briefly. He shook his head and laughed a little, “Uh, s’okay,” he said in a low, husky voice before rolling off of her and onto the ground next to her.

He laid down for a second, an awkward smile on his face while his elbows propped up and turned his head to face her, “No you’re not…you’re just a tad clumsy,” he chuckled and ran his hand over his head, “Are you okay? Did I crush your bones?”

"A tad? This is the second time I've fallen in thirty fucking minutes!" It really wasn't THAT surprising that she'd pulled him down, though, considering she was a Therian. They had a bit more strength than Mages, etc, did. "Ha, no, you didn't crush my bones. I think I can handle your weight just fine, Z."

Although, it was a bit hard to convince herself she wanted to get back up and lead him the rest of the way to the kitchens. It was appealing to just lie there for a few more seconds, to avoid the next fall that was undoubtedly just around the corner.

"Maybe we'll get lucky, and I won't fall the rest of the way to the kitchens."

“Uh, okay, maybe just a little more clumsy than normal.” He flashed a little grin at her with a huff from his shoulders. He forgot that she was a Therian. Which made the situation just a tad better. It wasn’t like a five year old grabbed hold of his finger and threw him all the way up to the Statue of Liberty. Now that would be very depressing.

Yes, lying down there would be rather nice. Z could be a lazy person. His legs were sprawled out onto the marble floor and laughed, “We? You’re the one that fell down. You just so happened to pull down the poor blind boy with you.” He teased and then felt for his walking stick, grabbed it and stood up.

He hooked his arm again with London’s, “Next time you feel you’re about to fall, try to hold onto something and not crash onto the ground,” he laughed.

"So, next time try to grab onto something other than the blind boy?" London replied, giving a slightly embarrassed laugh. Because, well, it wasn't like she'd INTENDED to fall down. It just so happened that she tended to tumble to the ground quite frequently. Once a day, at the very least.

"We're almost to the kitchens, though," she informed him, starting to walk again and leading him the rest of the way there. Luckily, they arrived without too much trouble and she (gently!) pushed him over to where he'd be standing against a counter. It seemed easier to leave him right there, while she looked around for both strawberries and chocolate.

He laughed, half from her statement and half from her awkward chuckle, “Yeah, exactly.” He just didn’t want to fall on her again. Surprisingly, Z didn’t fall a lot. He was very careful, and when he would run into something, he did have a tendency to be able to catch him self. It was different when the male was younger, but his poised state gradually grew. Thankfully. It would suck if he constantly tripped over stuff.

When they were at the kitchen, he nodded his head in thanks as London settled him by the counter. He casually leaned against it, one elbow resting atop of the marble counter hearing London shuffle around for the strawberries and chocolate. “Sorry if you have to look by yourself. I’d help, but, y’know…” he let the statement hang and flashed a sheepish smile.

"What? You don't want to help me look?" London commented, teasingly, before having a little 'aha!' moment upon spotting the strawberries. Now she just needed to locate some chocolate to melt to dip them in! "I think you could feel around, find the right object eventually... just might find the wrong one a few times first."

She really, really was having a hard time with being overly sympathetic with him. After all, he seemed to be surviving well enough so far.

He was a little taken off guard when she asked him to look. Not in a bad way though. “Oh, uh, yeah sure.” He liked it when people didn’t treat him differently like others. I mean, yeah, he knew that he would be treated differently, but not very different to the extent where people were awkward around him. That would not be very preferable. Taking his walking stick, his arm extended around and found that the refrigerator. Check there maybe?

Well, what would chocolate be doing in there? Shrugging his shoulders, he opened up the fridge, felt around a bit. He found eggs, milk carton, some pots probably filled with food, and then…voila. Thinking he found something, he turned and lifted it up, “Um, it’s either this is syrup or those Nesquik liquid thingies they put in chocolate milk…will this work?”

London might have giggled at the fact that he actually started to look for chocolate. Just a little. "It's the chocolate stuff," she informed him, grabbing the bottle and locating a bowl as well. Setting everything, all set up, on the table, she snagged Z by the hand and led him over to where everything was settled.

"I'd been joking about helping me look, but apparently you're more capable of searching than I'd thought!"

He nodded, actually very proudly, for the fact that he actually did find the chocolate…not like strawberries would taste horrible with syrup. That actually sounded kind of good as well. He let out a fondly chuckle as she pulled him over to where the stuff was set up, feeling her small palm against his. “I’m like the Daredevil, I can do anything.” He nodded his head firmly, but he was obviously joking. Sure he had better healing, sense of touch, and sense of smell than everyone else, but not to the Dare Devil’s extent.

He felt, and then grabbed for one of the strawberries, taking a bite. Yeah, he couldn’t really wait, “I’ll be spoiling my lunch, you know.”

"The Daredevil?" She repeated, at a complete loss as to what he was referring to. A comic, maybe? A movie? Perhaps a book? Whatever it was he was referring to, she definitely didn't get the reference. She raised her eyebrows slightly, curiously, but shrugged.

"You mean dinner?" London asked, teasingly, "it's a bit past lunch time." She glanced down at the bowl full of chocolate, before realizing that perhaps she ought to let him know where it was. It wouldn't exactly be good if he dipped his hand in it. After he'd finished his first strawberry, she handed him another before tugging his hand gently and basically, dipping the strawberry in for him. "Got a pretty good idea of where that shits at, now?"

Mouth opened in shock, “You don’t know who the Daredevil is?” He shook his head, as if in mock disappointment, “He’s only my favorite superhero of all time…with good reason of course. He’s a blind superhero. And seriously a hardcore kickass. And he could see through vibrations, which I’m kind of jealous of…” He shrugged his shoulders at that. Yeah, he was fine about being blind, but that didn’t stop the want to see things. It was very rare though that the need would grow.

“Dinner? Already? Seems like you forget about the time when you’re having fun, or tripping over stuff.” He flashed her an oh so charming grin at her. When she had assisted him with the strawberry, he nodded his head, “Thanks,” and ate the chocolate covered strawberry. Yeah, he could eat like five pounds of this. “So, anything new happen with you?” he asked.

"Guess I'm not up to date on blind superheros."

Had anything new happened to her? Well, aside from Maverick, it really hadn't. She'd been spending basically all of her time with him, since she couldn't seem to keep away. Or keep her hands off of him for any reasonable length of time. She grinned a little at the thought, a little pleased by the way things were going there. Even if there hadn't really been talk of, well, things becoming official.

"Does making out a lot count as something new?" She'd never been one to hide what she was up to, after all.

He cocked a brow at her. Not like her answer was very straightforward, but he thought her answer would include schoolwork, or some adventure she had from tripping. “Making out, huh? Fun stuff.” He laughed a little and grabbed for a strawberry, dipping it in the chocolate while he took a bite. Before he spoke, he swallowed what he was chewing, “So, who are the lucky guys? Or are there too many to remember?” he laughed at that, his voice obviously teasing.

“How old are you? Fifteen? You’re not supposed to be making out yet.” He wagged his finger at her jokingly.

"I'm sixteen as of last week," London informed him, sounding rather pleased. "And I've been allowed to make out for the last couple of years. And oh yeah, way too many to remember. Plus, I was fucking drunk off my ass most of the time..."

Okay, joking. She'd only been kissing one person. "Or maybe I've just been kissing the one, just been doing a lot of it," she admitted with a shrug of her shoulders. "And maybe I'm admitting too much." But, really, she hadn't gotten TOO terribly much of a chance to talk about him.

He smiled at her while brows rose, “Well, happy belated birthday. Sixteen, huh? Isn’t that like a special age for girls or something?” He shrugged his shoulders. Age was age to him. He didn’t understand the whole Sweet Sixteen, eighteen, and twenty-one concept of things. He cocked a brow, “Well, aren’t you a popular. I should feel special that you’re hanging out with me.” He chuckled at that.

A smirk tugged on his lips while she continued to talk, “Oh really?” he said genuinely interested. He took another bite of his strawberry, the smirk still on his face, “So…who’s the lucky guy?”

It would probably have been best for London to keep quiet about who she'd been making out with, but London had never been very good at that sort of thing. "Um, Jason Kendall." She would have called him Maverick, but she decided against it since not very many people knew who Maverick was... considering he didn't tend to go by that name. Plus, she didn't want people to actually start calling him that. She liked the idea that she was the only one using that name for him.

“Jason Kendell?” he echoed while he took another bite of his strawberry, “Not really sure who he is to be honest…” his lips pursed, wondering if the name rang any bell…no not really. But his shoulders shrugged, dismissing it, “Anyways, lucky guy. You trip over him yet?” he made it evident that he was joking, and leaning in on the counter, resting his arm there. It wasn’t as if he was going to tell anyone. Z was a trustworthy person, and whatever he heard usually didn’t come out of his mouth. He didn’t feel the need to tell people about each other’s personal life. That just wasn’t him. “So, are you guys a thing?”

"Actually, I don't think I have!" Which surprised her, actually, because typically she would have at least fallen hardcore in front of the boy by this point in time. Oh well, it wasn't likely to last that way... She was sure she'd be falling in front of him soon enough, if there wasn't an instance she'd just happened to have forgotten about already.

London did a lot of face planting around the school.

"Um, a thing. I don't know that we're a thing. We're a... nothing, as far as I know." Disappointment? Okay, maybe a little. She really didn't know WHAT they were, really, which was something that had been on her mind a bit.
