Just a quick note as I saw the question posed on my flist regarding participants who are IJ-centric only. If you've transferred over to IJ permanently, you are still MORE than welcome to sign up. Fic and art will be posted both places just as it has been in the past. I needed to keep the sign-ups in one place so I didn't go crazy or end up with repeat sign-ups.
If you don't even want to log into your LJ to comment, I know I've left anonymous posting on -- just fill out the form and mention that it's your IJ name. I've edited the form to show that you IJ-folks are a-okay by me!

It seems strange to post the opening of a fest on a day filled with such tragedy. I think it's only fitting that the fest this year will be dedicated to the memory of ![[info]](https://www.insanejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif) anjenue. ♥
As always, before signing up, please be sure you've read all the rules. If you have dropped out of a previous fest, you are not eligible to participate this round.
That being said, onto the sign-ups. The list will remain open until April 15th. I really don't forsee having to close early, but if I do, it will be around the 100 person mark. :D (And more likely than not, I'll even keep them open past that mark)
