Deaths, births, the rise of a new generation, changes for a better world. The only thing that the wizarding world struggled with was a small uprising started by the children of former Death Eaters. Thankfully, it only took one year to quash it, and luckily only a small number of causalities came from it. In the end the nine members of the uprising were caught, and sentenced for their crimes against the wizarding world. Since then everything started to progress again and over time the wizarding world became slightly more dependent on the muggle world, and with that came change and adaptation. One of these changed came when former Minister Shaklebolt decided that the key to a peaceful future was knowledge. With knowledge came acceptance and progress to maintain a better world. In 2030 Eolas University came the first Wizarding University. Modeled after muggle universities across Britain and Ireland the goal was to educate young witches and wizards preparing them for their career of choices. Everything from Geffory Buttermere College of Medicine, the MacTavish College of Law Enforcement, Goodfellow College of Magical Law, to degrees offered in Magical Zoology, Muggle Studies, a wide array of degrees available for every kind of field in the wizarding world. It is up to this new generation to decide what to do with the knowledge, if they'll use it to follow their dreams, to help wizarding kind, or for their own personal benefit. [15 Nov 2011|10:20pm] Bloodstatus What if Harry, Ron and Hermione had chosen to stay at school for their seventh year? Well this is where we find out. The trio have chosen to return to school, but things are definitely different this year; the school is divided into two. In order to make a peaceful and safe place for her students Minerva McGonagal has handed over half the school to Bellatrix Lestrange. So, one half of the school is controlled by the Deatheaters and the Syltherins; Lucius Malfoy is their new Headmaster and the other side of the School is ran by the Order with Professor Minerva McGonagal in charge. The Deatheaters only allow Pure Blood students in their classes, so any Slytherin who has been proven to be half blood or less has been forced to move over to the Order's side of the school or they have vanished from the grounds. The bloodstatus of each student is tested by the ministry before the child is allowed to attend either school. Pure Bloods may choose their fate, but the half bloods aren't left with much of decision. They can either attend the Order's school or not attend school at all. Things have already been tense only three months in the year. Students from both sides have vanished and several have been injured in minor skirmishes through out the school. The professors on both sides have tried to keep the peace, or at lease kept up that appearance. The question is where are the missing students and why haven't they been returned to the school? Parents are at a loss. They don't know whether to bring their children home, or let things run their course and hope for the best. In the meantime Voldemort has gained new followers, but so has the order. It has recently became clear that the school is where all roads lead. Voldemort wants Harry dead, but if he shows up on the Order side of the school he will have a fight ahead of him for sure. So, he is devising a plan to get the other professors out of the way. Of course the order has spies and they are trying to figure out what this new plan is, before it's too late. What side will you choose? [15 Nov 2011|11:07pm] The year is 2004. As History has told us, the Ministry of Magic likes to hide things from the general public, as to not cause panic. Their constant need to keep us in the dark this time, has caused catastrophic, but amazing consequences. An experiment on the veil located in the Department of Mysteries goes terribly wrong. There is a bright flash of light, a series of loud noises, smoke of several different colors and then everything goes still. People all over the Wizarding World start blacking out, falling into a sleep. All of the Muggles in the world suddenly vanish, leaving their clothes, glasses, and jewelry behind. But that's not the biggest event that happened. Witches and Wizards started walking out from behind the Veil. Known Dead Witches and Wizards. And they were now as alive as they were before they died. Not Zombies or monsters, but living, breathing, healthy adults. Ten hours after the initial event happened, the Witches and Wizards that had blacked out started waking up. They will soon discover the world as they knew it is gone and that magical beings are the only ones left. They will then discover the dead have come back to life. How are the characters in this situation going to react? That's up to you to decide.
