I'm one of the mods over at ![[info]](https://www.insanejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif) sixdegreesmod, and there are several lines we'd love to see filled!
A bit about us... Six Degrees is a canon-compliant (not epilogue-compliant) Harry Potter RPG set in 2005. We allow any character listed in the HP Lexicon or Wiki, as well as original characters that have connections to other canon characters in the game (siblings, etc.). Our focus is on character connections, the "six degrees of separation" that, on average, connects any two people in six steps or fewer.
And here's what we're looking for!
- We need guys! Right now we have almost twice as many girls than guys, yikes!
- Quidditch players! Hogwarts professors! Healers! Ministry folk! We have connections in all these places.
- My character Eddie MacDougal (tartaned) would love to see his boss, Alastair Bannatyne, the owner of the Montrose Magpies! Eddie is his personal assistant, and I've always pictured Alastair as a sort of eccentric Scotsman (with Jamie Hyneman's face, for bonus points).
- My character Quinn Abercrombie (notfitch) would love to see his older brother, Euan Abercrombie! Euan was a Gryffindor who started in '95, and there's lots of conflict between him and Quinn.
- My character Sean Wood (thetraveler) would love to see anyone who works with him (he owns a quidditch memorabilia shop in London), or anyone who he might have met and/or traveled with around Europe between June 1999-July 2000.
- Melinda Bobbin (half_cocked) is looking for a Pureblood match! Morag MacDougal (odysseys) is looking for a business partner! Narcissa (arcissa) and Draco (flight_path) are looking for Lucius Malfoy! Daphne Greengrass (smugdaphne) is looking for Pansy Parkinson!
