where fire meets ice
In the beginning the side effects were subtle. The students and faculty began to feel ill and off centered. Some of them were perceived to have “flu-like” symptoms, although they had unusually bright eyes and clear skin. It wasn’t until strange occurrences began happening such as power surges and random fires that the staff members and science team were alerted to investigate some of the students unique symptoms. Something in the water was turning Larkspur’s above average students into above average super humans. Their newly gained powers were incurable and irreversible, but they were not invulnerable to death and illness. With the understanding that the former government site had been the cause of the unusual side effects the school administration refused to seek help from the authorities, fearing the school’s future and the future of it’s talented students and staff. In turn they created a safe haven for them to learn about their enhanced abilities and to hone their strengths into helping the world to be a better place, but they would soon learn not everybody wants to be a hero.
Larkspur Academy Is a unique, supernatural RPG that offers the development of characters through a non-idealistic academic setting.
