Apartments For RentVACANT. With more than his share of health problems and an overprotective father, Endymion has always been kept isolated. He’s spent more time looking out his window at the stars than he has being around people, and he’s finally had enough of experiencing life through a telescope. He’s recently walked out his front door and purchased one ticket to Disneyland, a familiar sight from his window, and he’s using his ability to hide in the attractions after the park has closed each night. That means hiding from the tenacious Selene, however, which is turning out to be harder than expected.
VACANT. A pyrotechnics wizkid, Pele has always had a flare for fire and a quick, hot personality to match. She’s deliberate about her work, however, and she always puts a lot of time and care into the dangerous effects she creates. After a recent accident involving both Lono and, secretly, Hi’iaka, she’s earned a lot of sideways glances and her job is definitely on the line.

Premise:
There is an apartment building in California called 'Pax Letale.' Most people ignore its auspicious name, though they would be advised to pay more attention to its meaning.
It is a strange building.
Every man, woman and child in the building is a reincarnated myth, the stories told to humans for hundreds, sometimes thousands of years. Once very real, the myths began to fade as science and reason dispelled the probability of their existence. They have all been reborn in human forms, though their essence remains, waiting to be awakened at the right time, in the right place.
Now is the time - Pax Letale is the place. As their lives connect and weave together, as they follow their petty desires and long-held grudges, they are, all of them, on the brink of disaster. Their Landlord knows their every move, and the building they live in seems to have an agenda of its own. People are tortured, people die, people plot behind each other's backs and sneak around and cheat. They love, they fight, they draw blood. |

The Green Life Community is exactly what it sounds like, a community created in the goal of 'greener' living. The residents come from all walks of life, brought into this community to live a relatively free, cooperative life of health and safety.
To all appearances, Green Life is the perfect place to live; safe, prosperous, and with a pretty much none-existent carbon footprint. But appearances can be deceiving. There is more to Green Life than meets the eye. Something more dangerous and off-balance than anyone could have imagined.
In the coming months, the residents of the Green Life Community are going to find out that rules can go from simple to suffocating and a trusted leader can in reality be a fanatical dictator. That something bright, clean, and perfect in the beginning can turn twisted and dark in the blink of an eye.
