Hogwarts Filter

Friday night, we'll be Apparating to Diagon Alley and then walking into London and finding a restaurant. I can't tell you what's around the Leaky anymore or what kind of cuisine, but we'll try to find something that can accommodate us all. We'll be working with Scorpius and magazines to transfigure clothes into Muggle clothes.

This isn't mandatory, but please let me know how many are interested so we have an idea.

So my house and the floo in the Headmaster's office used to be connected. Do you think they still are? Or can you figure out how to do it without an entire system? If so, could your department be able to make more Floo powder? It would give us a great way to get into the middle of London without any Muggle seeing us Apparate.

	Since we have no idea what we're going to find, it makes a few of those W's difficult to answer though doesn't it? I wouldn't mind looking in a bookstore. Mostly I'd like to walk around. 	If you think you'll find a bookstore open after dinner, you need to walk around more. And the average means absolutely nothing. I lived in the middle of London and walked to work, to the Leaky, to just about everything so I was on average around Muggles twice a day and for my night at the pub. Same with Ron and Hermione. 	Considering that most shops close at 6, it's more an impossibility. It also means that you have absolutely zero idea how the Muggle world works. Having complete ~~idiots~~ idiots running around the Muggle world without any clue is a big deal and I'm not here to babysit. I'm taking people to dinner. If you don't like it, stay here. 1) We will need to walk to find a place

2) We can't be out for long because we don't know how the castle will react

3) If you go, then everyone will have requests.

4) No assurance that you would find the way back to the Leaky leaving you with the options of Disapparating aka putting all of us at risk because of the Muggles or never coming back aka putting us at risk because of the castle. While I'd be very happy if you'd got to follow your dream and never come back, I can't do it.

So again come to dinner or stay at Hogwarts.

I would seriously cancel this over the safety of everyone involved. This is an experiment. A relatively fast dinner to see if the castle is okay with it. If it works, then we can talk about other times, day trips, stores and guess what? Even maps that need to be bought at a store and therefore I couldn't give you because we won't find anything open. See the little problem there?
