He wanted to laugh. He shouldn't wanted to laugh. He was supposed to be upset. Except Sigyn was grinning at him and standing closer like she had suddenly just figured out all the mysteries of creation. Even the way she posed the question made him want to laugh. But it was in Loki's nature to be difficult, even if he was just going to tease her.
“Don't over-inflate your ego,” he said and shook his head slightly, “those were Thor's words, not mine.”
Loki tipped his head slightly, looked up toward the ceiling, “I believe my words were something like, she's a giant pain in the ass, literally, and I have the scar to prove it.” Then he nodded and gave and exaggerated rub to the spot where the arrow had been many, many months prior.
“Oh, and that she has terrible taste in men.” Then, against his will, the corner of one side of his mouth turned up.
