Styx shook her head slowly at Hel's apology. It wasn't necessary. But what a fascinating bit of information. “Was there some sort of prophecy involved? And was it the men that felt the need to do what was done to you and yours?” She rolled her eyes a bit t the thought and took a drink of wine. “Men can be absolutely ludicrous when a prophecy is involved. There are endless examples of that through history, regardless of the part of the world they are in.”
She tore a piece off the bread and held it out for Hel to take if she wanted. “As for different.. I like different. And, as you've probably noticed, so does my family. I have thousands of siblings, being different increases our chances of being noticed... of being remembered.” Hate shrugged. “But, I think it is less about people not liking different, which Olympus would seem to when it comes to us –The Underworld. People fear what they do not understand.” She sighed.
“On the brighter side, look at what you've done with the situation you were thrust into. Has Asgard defeated you? It would appear not. Your father must be proud.” Styx had missed the part about Hel's father being bound like her brothers. She did know, however, that were this something that happened in her family, Erebos would be extremely proud that one of his children had taken a terrible situation and done something with it, not accepting defeat.
