I'm afraid I'm not going to be able to do justice to this amazing story in a comment tonight, and I regret that, but I swore I'd be in bed long ago and just couldn't put it down. You write wonderfully paced, suspenseful action sequences, which is lucky because this story was packed with them. And you write magic with that sinister feel that makes it pop off the "page", it's so powerful. Most of all, you wrote Harry and Draco as genuinely damaged characters whose discover of each other felt natural and believable. This is the kind of story that I read H/D for.
