For those of you who love reading those little moments that feel like they're straight out of the book, give Ginny's 'detention' with Professor McGonagall a try. I love Ginny's determination, I love the subtle ways Minerva tries to give helpful instructions rather than admonitions, it all works together to feel oh so canon! Now Ginny, stop getting beat up! :P

I know the fun on the train has just started but I had to say how much I LOVE OUR COMM.

You guys are brilliant! From Anthony/Ernie/Padma in the Prefect train to the pure LOVE of Zach/Megan/Justin, I am having too much fun reading your threads.

Threads are always such a joy to read and it's amazing to see the interaction and relationships forming between so many characters on so many levels. There is such detail and honesty that is so rare to find in RPGs sometimes. I am so thankful to be a part of this game and PLEASE keep writing. I cannot get enough of reading. Seriously, never enough. *goes to thread stalk some more mwahahaha*

I am all of a twitter over you, Sir Snape. ^_^ Everyone please read the love that is Severus going back to Hogwarts, even if you aren't a huge Snape fan (I wasn't either; this game is converting me, I swear). There's a lovely appearance by Dumbledore too, and someone think about Minerva, I beg you!

The mods here at Hallowed Ground know how challenging it can be to write applications for a game you're not yet a part of. Thusly, we've set up this post!

Our current cast and mods can post any SL's they'd like filled, friends, enemies, rivals, etc. Also, anyone considering joining us may comment with their interest for a character, and our players can respond to set up backstory or discuss plots. You may choose to share IM/e-mail contact info if you like, send PM's via journals, or you can comment back and forth here.

Commenting to this post allows players to interact ahead of time and may help strengthen your application by having backstories or plots. However, it does not guarantee that you will be cast as this character.
