Gregalis - [companions, associates, accomplices]

I'm heading to bed, but before I go, I thought I'd intro a few people for The Nowhere.

First off, I am bringing in Tessa Grey from the Infernal Devices/Mortal Instruments. Tessa is a warlock who is half-demon, half-shadowhunter and she has this really cool ability to become someone else. As in all of their memories on top of their appearance. She has to touch something of theirs for the first transformation but after that she can become that person again at will. She's immortal and has lived for, oh, about 150 years, but she doesn't look a day over 17, despite the fact that she's been married, had children and grandchildren and lost her husband to old age. Tessa is a big reader, she loves the classics, especially. I would give a lot to have a Will and/or a Jem. I think Will could be especially fun given that for her he's been dead for awhile. Jem would be awesome, too, of course! Or even Nate or Sophie or ANYONE!

Next up, I'm bringing a few people in from the former Aetates and I'm tired/lazy, so I will just link you to their bios: Dorcas Meadowes, James Potter, Katie Bell.

James is coming in from the his 7th year, right after he finally got Lily to go out with him, Dorcas is coming from a day or two before her death in 1981 and Katie is coming from a few years post-war in 2000.


I also decided to let go of Ginny in favor or the others since I didn't want to hog too many HP kids!

This is my were who I played briefly at a supernatural game that died on me. I'd love to revisit him here, but I'm not sure how/where he'd fit into any of the concepts discussed, so I'd love some feedback/discussion on this. He was a werelion at his former home, but I'm open to changing his shape to a wolf or whatever else if need be.

Hi, guys! This is Lena. I switched my Infinitus journal from ~cutesized to this one just so I could have a separate flist/journal for Infinitus from my regular CDJ. I'm working on getting basic bios up for the characters I'm planning on playing so far. Right now it's pretty barebones, but eventually I'll actually write some things. For a few of them, I need to check with other people (namely Cindy and Steph *cough*) before I work out details, so, yeah.

Also, Steph and I were talking about a multi-era Harry Potter game. Does anyone have any good name suggestions (unless you had something in mind, already, Steph?)

Also, I'll be picking up Claire from Morganville for The Nowhere. I was also contemplating Sookie Stackhouse if anyone else would be interested in some lines with her. I'll warn you that I sort of think the show is crap compared to the books, so I'll be playing book!Sookie if I end up bringing her in, too.

Hi there :-) I'm Jenna. I joined just before Christmas and I'm just now finding a minute to say hello.

There's a distinct lack of...well..anything at my CDJ yet and I'm not really going to have the time to fix that till after New Year (my relatives believe in extended stays!). In the meantime though, I just wanted to make contact and give a brief idea about the kinds of things I enjoy.

I'm happier writing fandom characters (Supernatural, BTVS, Angel, Vampire Diaries etc), but I do have one or two originals. I also don't mind writing against OCs sometimes. I write both males and females and love to play multiple characters to give a line more depth.

I love anything paranormal, unsolved mysteries, time slips, the Victorian era (especially in Britain)...there's a lot more but those are particular likes. I'm not fond of LOTR type settings or spacey things, I tend to like things set in the present day best (obviously with the exception of the time-slip interest).

I've helped to run a game or two before so I don't mind pitching in with any help that I can offer.

Really looking forward to meeting everyone, making some new friends and hopefully getting involved in some awesome storylines. At the moment, the best way to contact me is either by email or leaving a message at the contact post in my journal.

I just got off work, but I didn't want to look like some anti-social weirdo so I figured I'd say hello and let you guys know that I'm totally on board for this gig. Hello, infinitus! I thought I should introduce myself as well, since I really only know Steph and Cindy.

I'm Lena, I'm 38, I live in Mitchell, SD with my mom and brother and I have a beautiful Siamese named Narcissa. We have 3 other cats that are my mom's (well technically one belongs to my sister, but she lives in Canada and isn't in a position to reclaim that one). I work for Walmart as the department manager of toys, so my schedule is a little crazy right now, but it'll hopefully calm down soon.

I've been roleplaying since about 2005, so I have quite a few past games and muses under my belt. My preference is for original character, but I've dabbled in writing can characters, as well. As far as RP goes, my main fandom has been Harry Potter. I've also played in panfandom games, fairy tale games, supernatural games, etc. and of course real life PB type games. Generally speaking, I'm willing to try just about anything, but not very comfortable writing for fandoms I'm not familiar with.

That said, I have a LOT of fandoms: Harry Potter, Farscape, Morganville, Vampire Academy, Doctor Who, Harry Potter, Buffy/Angel. There are probably more but my brain isn't cooperating much atm. I'm also getting into the Sookie Stackhouse books.

I'm really open to lines/new characters, so if there's a certain type of line or certain character you want/need, just ask me! Chances are I'm more than willing. The only thing I'm not interested in playing is smut - I prefer fading/fast forwarding unless that type of scene being played out us really essential to plot progression. Otherwise, I'm open to anything.

Hello, infinitus! I'm Slinky, and I believe I am the first outsider to join this community. Don't cry Stranger Danger just yet; I'm pretty friendly! I've got a bazillion ideas, and I've even run games before, so if there's interest, I could start up a comm for some as-of-yet unrepresented genres (Science Fiction and Fantasy most notably). I've got a kitten in my arms and I thought this would be the perfect time to actually pop the cherry on our OOC. And because I remembered I hadn't yet. I already know everyone here at the mo (apart from the new person I just added) but still thought I would post even if it isn't very introductory.

I'm going to try and put up a couple of open threads in infinitus today or tomorrow. Probably with high fantasy feels as that is what is in my head right now after seeing The Hobbit the o ther day.
