ANNOUNCEMENTS, REMINDERS & A MEME

Cheer tryouts will be up soon! We haven't forgotten! ♥

Spring break will take place March 20-26th. We realize these dates are kind of wonky but hear us out: we need enough weekends for Quidditch games and I'm going to design some RNG drinking games for St. Patrick's Day. Drink your friends and loved ones under the table! ☘️

The game against Ilvermorny will be March 12. Get ready! Closer to March 12th, we'll work out a way to see if we can get some siblings and friends of the cast onto the team to visit Gooseberry!

Remember to sign up for the lottery! Anyone can sign up, sign up all your characters, and do it by the 20th! This event will have lasting consequences for your character, and will involve them receiving a special item. Your character must be willing to explore the Grotto alone. Sign up HERE!

And I heard some of you guys asking for it, and we have a lot of new people and characters, sooo... mini-meme!

What are your Gooseberry and Hogwarts houses?
Quiz has me pinned as an Ebonhide with everything else tied in second! And I'm a Slytherin.

What Hogwarts house would your characters be in?
Ivy - Ravenclaw. She'd also make a good Hufflepuff I think but especially 11 year old Ivy would really want to be a Ravenclaw.
Clem - Gryffindor, for sure.
Reece - Hufflepuff, or maaaaybe Gryffindor?
Ari - it can only be Slytherin
Todd - Slytherin, probably.

Is there another Gooseberry house they could have gone into instead?
Ivy came closest to picking Ebonhide, but I think her second-most suited house would actually be Coppertale. She'd probably be a lot more intolerable if she were a Coppertale. No shade, guys.

Clementine's super duper competitive but I don't think she's actually suited for Coppertale on the by and large. Azurcrest was probably her next best bet.

Reece considered Ribbonfin but ended up picking Azurcrest because of his sister. He's not totally out of place in Azurcrest (even if he's awkward he loves making people laugh!!!) but he's probably actually better suited for Ribbonfin.

Ariadne... maybe could've been a Ribbonfin in another life where she isn't so angry.

Todd is like intensely Coppertale in my head but maybe Azurcrest?
