GREETS. It's Jenny (Xavier) here with my number two (lol) and Calvin's onii-chan, DAMON EVERCREECH. Damon will be arriving at Gooseberry on Sunday and getting sorted that night, then starting class on Monday. I am very excited that his arrival will apparently be leading to the first annual Gooseberry Hunger Games? And also cannibalism?????

Dimi's concept is "Typical Gryffindor with something to prove walks line between hero and villain." His classes are Charms, Herbology, History of Magic, Outdoor Education, Potions, Aesthetic Magic, Magizoology, Wizard Lit. He's going to be trying out all the clubs for a while, but will probably wind up sticking with Outdoor Exploration, Archery, Duelling & Fencing and Drama.

Dimi is charming, confident, artistic, outgoing and a complete shitter. He is a bully-of-bullies. A kid with a superhero complex teetering on the edge of super villain. He will be white knighting all over campus when he isn't out taking photos. For the previous six years at Hogwarts, Dimi was extremely popular within his house, well liked and well known for sticking up for kids who were getting picked on. If you were a bully or a victim at Hogwarts in the last 6 years, you probably had a run in with Dimi Evercreech.

So, why did Dimi leave Hogwarts so near the end of his secondary school career? GOOD QUESTION! It's because this child is a mess. He'd actually applied to the Gooseberry transfer program almost every year since he was first eligible. He was passed over each time because he was a troublemaker with average grades who didn't bring much to the table outside of an excess of personality. At the end of Dimi's sixth year, his core friend group imploded on itself very publicly and dramatically. On the one hand, this meant when he came back for his seventh year he mostly hid in the library and studied, so his grades got better. On the other, he spiraled into a depression and didn't really have a social outlet. So the Head of Gryffindor recommended him when a spot opened at Gooseberry and he accepted because he needed to GTFO.

Dimi is here to make friends, have fun and ~~burn the Coppertale senior boys cabin to ash and cinders~~ hopefully get steered away from becoming Darth Vader.

OK SO

I have Ennis here who attended Hogwarts as a transfer student last year and was sorted into Hufflepuff. He was a pretty nice and quiet kid who fit in well and wasn't picked on until he realized Riley (

rageahol) was being bullied by her Slytherin housemates. He's super unintimidating so when he tried to stand up for her, the bullies didn't take him seriously and the negative attention turned on him as well. He never caught hell as bad as Riley did because he just...... didn't fight back and was more likely to patiently and quietly wait it out, and where's the sport in that?

UNTIL ONE DAY, before Christmas break, he was backed into a corner and felt threatened and couldn't take it anymore so he hulked out on Calvin's bully friend and punched him in the throat. Then rumors swirled over break and made him out to sound way cooler and more heroic than he actually was and he didn't really like the attention. :^(

Since Dimi likes weird kids, they could've possibly been friends last year? Ennis is into photography too~~ He mostly does doll photography, but he didn't bring his dolls to Hogwarts last year and would've documented his ~FUN EXPERIENCE ABROAD~ with pictures that just turned out bleaker and bleaker with the onset of depression. :|

MOVING ON, I also have Maggie (

fensterln) who has been established as the Evercreech's distant cousin from the Sacred 28 Pureblood line! She thinks Calvin is a precious pea, which... would be more apparent, if I actually played her more often instead of constantly dropping the ball. She shares a few classes and is in Archery and Duelling with him!

Thennn Levi (

idfk) will probably just like him by default? He's a well-meaning troublemaker and he appreciates other people who are also well-meaning troublemakers.

ENNIS MY SWEET STRANGE LITTLE GUMDROP. It would be totally cool if they were friends last year. Dimi would've absolutely intervened at least once if he'd seen Ennis being picked on and they could've bonded thereafter by maybe ambling around the Hogwarts grounds taking pictures? Dimi got a little weird after winter break last year so having someone outside of his canoodling Gryffindor friends probably helped keep him sane.

YAY FOR DISTANT COUSINS. Dimi is much less of a precious pea than Calvin so hopefully he does not upset head mom too much. Aaaand I am 100% positive that Levi and Damon will get along very well.

Yessss, that sounds good~ Ennis also got a little weird(er) after winter break (UNWARRANTED POSITIVE ATTENTION?? TIME TO HAVE A CRISIS!!) so having Dimi around to be the Big Damn Hero instead also helped keep him sane. ... And then he fucked off back to Gooseberry at the end of the year, BYEEE. (He prob still wrote to him, though, if they were close enough friends. Plus he felt bad about abandoning him.)

Head Mom is gonna be super sweet to him and treat him like he's a precious pea until she realizes the truth. Then... IDK, WE'LL JUST HAVE TO WAIT AND SEE. There's still gonna be a touch of favoritism because he's an Avery.
