CONFERENCE APPROVALS

If you plan on having your character visited by family, you must fill out this form by Thursday, January 19. If you fail to do this, you can't participate in the event. We won't be backdating these.

Feel free to use this post to plot and discuss amongst yourselves as well. There will be an upcoming, player-run meme to discuss family PBs so don't worry about that too much for now.

Please keep the following rules in mind:

You may have up to three individuals visit your character.

They must all be legally related to your character. Parents, legal guardians, siblings, aunts, uncles, grandparents, step-parents and step-siblings are all allowed. Family friends are not.

They will be staying one night at Gooseberry. Each family unit gets one room to share.

Siblings must fill out this form individually if you want teacher feedback.

Your characters' family will receive feedback from all of their teachers... but we're only going to write it out for one teacher for our sanity.

We'll give you feedback as early as we can so that you can plan OOC in advance.

A mod will comment to you, giving you approval or asking for adjustments or clarification.

Things you will need mod involvement for, in order to account for NPC reactions and pacing:

Injuries or other health emergencies.

Any rule breaking by family members.

Incidents of abuse.

Violent or especially loud arguments that might raise the concern of staff.

Character:
House/Year:
Family: Who will be visiting your character? You can have up to three individual visitors. They must all be legally related to your character. At least one must be over 18.
General Plan: What do you intend to happen? This needs only be a rough description. Remember, any major events must be discussed with mods on this post before you go forward with them.
Teacher Desired: Your character must be in the teacher’s class or the teacher must be their Head of House, obviously.
Student Performance: Describe how your character is performing in this class, and how they react to the teacher. Try to avoid describing too much about how the teacher feels about them.
Anything else?: Are you hoping for a positive or negative response? Are you looking to get your character in trouble? Is there a particular outcome you’re hoping for? We will try to help you out within the bounds of the chosen teacher’s personality.

I was going to have Ravi stay sober during this wedding for Cecil's sake, but man... if Quinn is there too and Ty has to suffer those PA comments too (SEE RAFITO I KNEW SHE WAS NO GOOD FOR YOU IF SHE'S ALREADY MOVED ON TO ONE OF YOUR DEAREST FRIENDS), then Ravi might join in on any theoretical drinking games...

But yes!! Come on, Ty! You deserve to have a good time with someone you really like~~~

OH RAVI. Cecil can be sober all by himself; he's used to it. But don't overdo it? He can only carry so many people back to the hotel. Aaaand if Quinn does come with Ty and Ricardo says anything like that they may see the angriest Ty they've ever seen. I'm not even sure what that would look like, but it's not good!

Guys. Guys. He can't, though. He'd be terrible at a Relationship and his family would be terrible to Quinn. Like, worse than Ric. :|

If Ty's there for any of the worst Ricardo moments, he might say something because he knows that Leo makes Raf happy and he's seen Ric mess that up before. He's in LARP too, so he sort of knows how Ricardo operates; your good looks and charisma aren't going to sway him, buddy!

He's not generally confrontational and he may try to change the subject or distract or otherwise cut the conversation short first, but Rafael's his bestie and the gloves could come off if it comes to that.

If Meggie wants, obvs~

	Haha yes, I hoping a lot of Rafael's friends will stick up for Leo! :O I mean Leo and Rafael can handle themselves, but Rafael's friends are all very loyal people who will defend him and his boyfriend if they have to ;333; also Ravi's arc is going to change a lot by March but we'll see there~~ (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	Definitely to all that. Rafael and Leo can handle themselves, but they probably won't have to. I suppose it depends on how publicly horrible Ricardo feels like being? Will this change in his arc maybe include an adorable hipster wedding date? I'm just saying. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

YEAH. :O It's his wedding after all so he's going to be busy..... I know part of the deal of Rafael getting to invite his friends to the wedding was because otherwise he might throttle Ric and make a scene LOL so we'll see how Stressful meggie wants to make this for everyone

(I keep voting for VERY STRESSFUL but there's no reason to give poor Rafael a mental breakdown already)

WOOOW uh put a pin in that thought because diego and ravi aren't even yet at the point they can admit aloud they're into each other :x
