Last announcements of the year!!!!! :O

If you have not yet already done so, please post to December's Activity Check! (If you've resolved to drop a character, please do us a favour and let us know here or in the Dropbox so we're not awkwardly emailing you later to be like "hey... what's up...")

January's plot calendar will be posted on Saturday, December 31 at 10 AM Mountain Time. (If you need help figuring out when that will be for you, take a look at the green indicator here.) We've learned our lesson from December, so there will be less IC/OOC's, but hopefully characters will be able to devote proper focus to the ones which are coming up. Three words: Parent-Teacher Conferences.

Plans For Next Year: Um fucking coppertail winning a game like fuck man

But actually, Chris is going into this new year awesome. I expected the distance of Gooseberry fucking up his magic rock to fuck him up but look at him handling his emotions and distancing himself without the need of a rock like a goddamn adult. I expect him to solidify his moving on from levi in the new year too? I mean he feels pretty solid about it ~~he's probably delusional~~ I'm also excited about this ptc shit because his father actually gets to meet people and it's all very exciting you guys
Alternate PB: I'm not gonna lie, i create characters based on pbs and I love Thomas Brodie Sangster. I came to this from Refresh, and over there I had a very aggressive female beater, and when I got invited here I actually contemplated just totally transplanting her because I liked playing her. So I chose the name Chris Park because I wanted an aggressive beater, but I also wanted a senior and Faye was already taken. So me choose coppertale basically cemented my pb choice basically, but chris was almost a female basically.
How would that have changed them?: If I'd just transplanted my other character, she would've been just as aggressive, but she would've been funnier and more obnoxious than Chris, even tho Chris is obnoxious when he starts repeating people. Like he's been repeating Robin a lot, and it's really obnoxious and he needs to stop but he can't because he spent too long on the compound. (tho, i chose this journal because in ANOTHER game i used thomas brodie-sangster, as a mutant with superstrength, who was actually kinda super zen lmfao, but he's tiny so him having superstrength is hilarious to me. DO YOU EVEN LIFT, BRO

i mean. they got on like a house fire in renn, it makes sense. i mean, look at them bonding over beating a guy up.

also, the character i created ennis from was female. he was a sweet little necromancer in guild wars 2 who wore lolita and gave cute names to her minions she stitched together from discarded body parts. anddd she collected dolls, but that seemed totally normal next to her other hobbies.

	I almost put that in the new year chris is gonna focus hardcore on quidditch because he's pretty good at it and hey that's a future but then i was like ... but isn't the entire coppertale team already hardcore focused on quidditch? do they not eat and breathe quidditch at this point? which means chris really needs to tell quinn that he just asked Rosy to go out with him, because he has things to say about that. bc the last person he dated (for like a whole two weeks) as actually quinn. then after quinn he was like 'eh fuck i'm just gonna go back to fucking commitmentless' for like seven months.

he also needs to ask her when she's gonna settle with Jesse bc he's that asshole

Honestly half the reason I've allowed Coppertale to lose all of their games so far is because OF ALL THE FOUR HOUSES, the team most likely to have utter meltdowns about it is Coppertale. Their spirits are at the breaking point.

Sy's reaction has been comparatively mild really but I love that Sy subjected them to a hellish two week practice schedule and everyone's reaction was like "yeah yep ok let's do it." And their next game is... oh wow, Feb 5? ok yeah the last week of January is going to be Hell
