Last announcements of the year!!!!! :O

If you have not yet already done so, please post to December's Activity Check! (If you've resolved to drop a character, please do us a favour and let us know here or in the Dropbox so we're not awkwardly emailing you later to be like "hey... what's up...")

January's plot calendar will be posted on Saturday, December 31 at 10 AM Mountain Time. (If you need help figuring out when that will be for you, take a look at the green indicator here.) We've learned our lesson from December, so there will be less IC/OOC's, but hopefully characters will be able to devote proper focus to the ones which are coming up. Three words: Parent-Teacher Conferences.

Character Name: Sebastien Lacroix
Plans For Next Year: Existing! He is still shiny like a new penny and will be all up in everybody's business for 2014.
Alternate PB: About a bajillion years ago, Bash's general concept began its life as the God of Zeal - so he comes by his ADHD and fervid desire to please naturally. His PB was Cole Mohr. But I didn't really have an alternate PB for him at a teeny-baby age. I took one look at Cameron Boyce and went: 'Yup. This idiot.' And then I realized that Wash and Zoe could theoretically be his parents and it was all done for.
How would that have changed them?: He would clearly be old and gross and past his prime. And even skinner. Like, whoa. Eat a sandwich, kid. The need for intense eyebrows, however, has remained.

hi hi hi from ADHD-land, where i get annoyed as hell when people describe characters as "lol they're so ADHD" because usually no they're not, they're just hyper, please stop saying that. (as i'm sure anybody with a learning disability/mental illness/etc. could empathize with?)

i. fucking. love. bash. NO ISSUES HERE. he's the most perfect depiction of it and every time he writes a novel i laugh my ass off. ♥ lovelovelove. JACKIE, YOU'RE AMAZING.

ohgosh, I'm so glad to hear that. ♥! I work with a lot of kids with ADHD - and there's probably some of that mixed in with my personal anxiety issues - but, YES. YES SO HARD. It's not about being hyper. It's about having a lot of stuff going on in your brain all at once.

BUT YES, I am glad to hear that. I ever step out of line and you come right on over and smack me. Please.

	I love him so much, though admittedly the first I saw him was in Descendants. But also! Cole Mohr?! Nobody has ever used or mentioned him but me ever!!!! You are amazing. (Reply to this) (Parent)
