GIFT GIVING MEME: Taking the OOC strain out of IC gift giving

It's that time of the year again when we stress out over what sort of gifts one fictional character should give to other fictional characters. Sometimes it's even more stressful than picking out gifts for your actual friends. Let's help each other out!

CHARACTER NAME:
WHAT DO THEY CELEBRATE?: Do they get swept up in the Christmas spirit? Do they LIGHT 'EM UP UP UP for eight nights? Is there a combination of different holiday traditions? Do they not celebrate at all?
GIFT-GIVING HABITS: Are they bad at choosing gifts? Have they ever been caught re-gifting gifts they didn't want? Do they always give gifts to each one of their roommates or are they bad at even remembering to give gifts to their best friend?
HOBBIES & INTERESTS: What would other people know about what they like? Do they have any themes or special interests they're known for? Ex: Levi likes Quidditch, music, dogs, and astronomy and his special interests (and aesthetic themes) are aliens and outer space.
IDEAL TYPE OF GIFTS: What sort of gifts would your character love to receive? Is there anything those close to them might realize that they could use? Do you have any links to items or lists to help us out? (If you google "Gifts for [Hobby]", sometimes there are already pre-made lists! For example, I could google "Gifts for reptile lovers" for Diego or "Gifts for astronomy lovers" for Levi and be rollin' in gift ideas. You can also search treasuries on Etsy!)
ANYTHING ELSE?: Anything you'd like to add to help with the fictional gift-giving process?

CHARACTER NAME: Matteo Diaz
WHAT DO THEY CELEBRATE?: Teo celebrates Christmas. He's from Chicago, so it's still like a largely commercial holiday, but there's a much bigger emphasis on family than gift giving for his family.
GIFT-GIVING HABITS: Teo is nowhere near mainstream, so he believes a lot of different things can be gifts, no necessarily things of monetary value.

So he gives a lot of homemade gifts that rely on artistic ability, but also take a lot of time. They're very personal to him. Everyone in his cabin has received a gift since he was a freshmen, and anybody at this school that attended Illermorny and took party in his muggle program also all receive gifts, because he feels that they're all connected, so he feels a closeness to them.
HOBBIES & INTERESTS: Teo's hobbies include a lot of reading and a lot of art. He believes that art is a lot like automatic writing, where you give your soul a pen and let your soul express itself, so he's very into drawing and painting and charcoal.

But he's also into a lot of thought books, especially philosophy, and conspiracy theories, and spiritual shit. He's into divination, especially tea leaf reading, and crystal balls.

His personal aesthetic is revolutionary. He's into a lot of outdated clothing - the type that takes a lot more personal effort than modern clothing. He's into punk rock aesthetics, but anything that has revolution-esque words or lyrics on it is gold to him.

But he also believes that whatever is presented to you is the universe, so he's quite pleased with literally anything anyone thinks to give him.
IDEAL TYPE OF GIFTS: Teo loves hand made gifts - he believes you incorporate a part of your soul in the gift when you construct it yourself.

Gift Ideas: Zen and Spiritual Gifts, Inspirational Gifts, Philosophical Gifts, Gift ideas of art lovers

Also anything to do with divination. And also anything to do with winter, because Teo is forgetful and fails to pack accurately for school. He leaves like 80 percent of his winter clothes at home idk
