Hey gang~ I'm Katie, I'm new to the game, and introductions are hard! But it's nice to meet you all and I'm looking forward to playing here.

Anyway, this is Cecil Honeychurch, Head Boy and Azurcrest's house big brother. He's the son of a magientomologist and a potioneer and grew up in rural North Dakota on an apiary (full of magical bees, obviously). He came into his magic late, but has worked hard to catch up and is a proficient wizard with a talent for divination. While his predictions are always right, though, he can't focus them very well and they're generally rather useless. He's hoping some time in Mr. Chettri's class will fix that if he can focus, because damn that's a handsome man. He's more responsible and more grounded than most of his housemates, but also upbeat and optimistic and generally a nice guy. He also likes to spoil take care of his fellow jays, so I hope you're all ready for homemade baked goods and boundless encouragement. Also, he's ridiculously tall. That's the gist, but check the profile for more details.

If you'd like to plot or just chat, feel free to hit my contact post or send me an email. I adore building character relationships and plotting, so always up for that.

:D Thanks all!

Hey Katie! I'm Madeline and I have two here. They're both younger than Cecil, but they'll be around!

This girl here is Sybilla Borgin - mostly goes by Sylla, Ebonhide Junior and Hogwarts exchange student that's been at Gooseberry since last year. Her parents are the Borgin & Burke of the Knockturn Alley store, the current generation, but just as creepy and shady, which was the comfort zone Sylla grew up in. She's teeny tiny but loves duelling, gets enthusiastic over morbid and violent interests (recently she's shared her love of muggle boxing and fighting, I warn you ahead of time), and is altogether pretty sweet and bitty if you can get past the creepiness. She's Wednesday Addams and a Disney princess combined in one and she is none the wiser.

And Holden Bright - [info]blinkah, Ribbonfin Junior, Quidditch team seeker and that's clearly the only reason he's actually here. Doormat to an extreme, hates conflict so much that he often throws himself in the line of fire inadvertently to avoid it, but he's friends with a lot of Cecil's buddies so I'm sure they've been thrown together a lot already!

Nice to meet you Madeline!

Sylla sounds like a handful! Cecil likely wouldn't have known what to do with her at first, but would gradually come around once he could adapt to her unconventional interests. They don't have many (any?) overlapping activities, though, so he may not know much about her either way yet. But definitely willing to play with them and see how it goes~

If Holden's close with the Azurcrest kids, I'm sure he and Cecil have crossed paths, yeah. Likely, he's friendly with Holden and tries to give him some encouragement whenever he looks uncomfortable or out of place (he's been there!). Again, not much overlap apart from mutual friends, but up for playing with that!
