Hi everyone! My name is Caroline. I'm 23 and I work at a ticketing software company, which is boring. Luis (Pin) Pinheiro (compulsive). Ribbonfin Sophomore. Gaming, L.A.R.P., Outdoor Exploration. His concept is "Painter determined to expand your horizons - by whatever means necessary." Pin is an artist (mainly a painter), and he is so obsessed with art that he brings it around to him even when he's not actively creating a physical piece. He's a liar. Literally 90% of what he's saying to you is a lie. He never lies with malicious intent - he just likes embellishing reality so that he can bring whoever he is speaking with on an adventure - expand their horizons and get them thinking about things they wouldn't before. Even though he has done this to himself, he gets really angry when people don't listen to him when he's telling the truth. He's a pretty chill guy most of the time, always laughing, always talking to anybody that wanders into his path. People find him to be a grounding force because everything just rolls off of him, and he's actually sympathetic and a sound advice giver - but he gets impatient quickly when people are given a solution and opt not to take it so that they can continue to drown in their drama and get attention.

LINES: Friends? People who hate that he lies so much? Models for his paintings that let him run them around campus and stick them in weird poses? People who he has confessed falling in love with only to find out that was just one of his stories (see: lies)? People who hate him? Anything!

Diana (Di and only Di, thank you) Gam (tried). Ebonhide Sophomore. Choir, Drama, L.A.R.P. (IT'S LIKE MORE ACTING OK), Cheer Squad. Her concept is "An oversensitive actress who'd rather you keep your opinions to yourself." Di is a highly sensitive person who doesn't take criticism well - and really any kind of criticism, no matter how well-meaning it was. She is constantly trying to perfect herself and hearing people's negative opinions just adds another mile to her journey, so she goes out of her way not to prompt people for comments. Though she's friendly and she can carry on a conversation, you'll never find Di at the center of a crowd, you'll never identify her as the life of a party. She just wants to fly under the radar and avoid the judgment of her peers whenever possible. In opposition of that goal, she actually really loves to act and is very talented, so she ends up in the spotlight more often than not - but she does everything she can in her off-stage life to avoid attention. But don't take that to mean that she's not social - she is, she's just the person that is always there that you never really note is there.

LINES: Friends? People who thought they were going to be her friend, but then said something that she took as a critique and found that somehow the relationship turned cold? (She isn't open about when she's hurt, so it wouldn't be obvious). People she helps study, since she's a straight A student? Exes (she's heterosexual)? People who don't like her for whatever reason?

Hey Caroline! I'm Madeline and I've got three here!

So this girl here is Sybilla Borgin, mostly goes by Sylla, Ebonhide Junior and Hogwarts exchange student from Slytherin. Her parents are the power couple of shady dark arts as the namesake of Borgin & Burke's, but she's here in America now to make a name for herself away from the rumors and her seven similarly creepy siblings. Best way to describe her is if Guillermo Del Toro wrote a Disney Princess - she's very sweet and polite and cute and light, but not so secretly fascinated wth the darker side of life. She tries to keep her creepy fascinations to herself, but then she likes watching physical fights and talking about morbid mythological tales and thinks skeletons are beautiful~, THAT SORT OF THING.

Next up is Holden Bright,

blinkah, Ribbonfin Junior and seeker on the Quidditch team, poor kid from Boston who doesn't like to be in the limelight or the center of attention despite playing the most attention-grabbing position on the team. He's a human doormat, and incredibly easy to peer pressure into things. He's the most awkward of awkward turtles, so please feel free to use him for your own devices, because while he says he doesn't like drama or dealing with attention, he always goes along with it anyways so as not to cause more drama or trouble. Basically he's Karl Pilkington.

And last I've got Wes Carpenter,

paytee, Coppertale Senior, drawly and flirty and shade-throwing and tea-sipping Louisiana boy from the swamps. He's a Cajun traiteur in the making, a traditional healer who casts healing magic through his hands and prayer. He's here on a Potions scholarship, but also in choir and drama, and plays guitar in Jesse McBride's band. He's a notorious flirt, a cocky show off who likes to say he's above drama, but not so secretly a pot-stirrer and likes to watch people fumble and struggle so he can say "I told you so."

OKAY AND NOW THE SECOND BIT

Sylla doesn't trust him, but she's weird and obsessed with the idea of truth and other strange Greek ideals, I swear she's basically a Secret History character in the making
Pin please lie to Holden. He is so painfully gullible and easily used. He will believe it all.
And oooooooh Wes and Pin have that same vibe - Wes loves embellishment while saying he is so chill and go with the flow, but in reality he just loves schadenfreude too much.

I think of all mine Holden would probably have the most to do with Di, I can see them being those shy sort of friends! He hates talking about himself and causing drama too, so they can bond like the ostriches they are

Pin has so little interest in the truth it's actually concerning. THOUGH I WOULDN'T SAY HE'S UNTRUSTWORTHY I MEAN HE'S STILL A GOOD KID gosh Sylla
OMG HOLDEN YOU PRECIOUS BABY, Pin lies to him all the time. Alllll the time. I'm so sorry for him. He thinks Holden is a cool kid though??
Pin is cool with Wes and will be nice to him, but they're probably not TOO close because Wes' intent seems more malicious than Pin's

Holden and Di could totally be friends!she appreciates friends who are Low Key like her and I think it's funny that they're both like DON'T LOOK AT ME -puts self in really attention-grabbing position-
I think Di would also know Wes from choir/drama but she's like DNW
