WANTED LINES MEME: December

Just like we promised, Wanted Lines is going to be a meme that will take place once a month, usually around the 1st. This will give everyone an opportunity to discuss their character development, and talk about lines they might want to build with one another.

So if you want to participate, fill out the following with each of your characters, then comment around and talk about their relationships and how your characters could interact now or in the future!

VERY SLOWLY WORKING MY WAY THROUGH BOTH OF THESE, WHY DO YOU GUYS ASK SO MUCH OF ME

Character Name: Rosemary Stoker
House and Year: Ribbonfin Junior
Classes: Transfiguration, Potions, Hermeticism, History of Magic, Wizard Lit, DADA
Extracurriculars: Dueling & Fencing, Choir, Equestrian, but idk I might change these because I didn’t know Rosy at all when I chose her classes and clubs.
Current State: Apparently Rosy is a Grinch and I love it. I guarantee you she has a ban on Christmas music in the cabin. If you’ve been living with her for a couple years already, you know better than to break that ban. With the Amortentia bullshit + anon post + being a cynical teenager who doesn’t like the Christmas season, Rosy is kind of a grump ass right now. It’s my favorite kind of Rosy.
Looking For: 1. Who the fuck does she hang out with on a daily basis? I feel like she’s with the Coppertales a lot. Sorry fishies, she loves you, but you are also her children and Mom needs a break sometimes.
2. Mean girls be passive aggressively bitchy at her pls. If you come at her like LET’S FIGHT then she knows how to deal with that, but the snide and sneaky shit she wishes she could punch away and she can’t so just do it losers. I’ll bully you into bullying me.
Anything Else: This is exclusively for Marin but what is Stoker Christmas like, I want to know what Stoker Christmas is going to be like.
A Cute Gif of Your Character: I am at work with the world’s worst firewall and I’m low on data and Nicole Muñoz doesn't have a lot of great gifs ANYWAYS, so YOU JUST GET THIS ONE. I have no clue who she could be talking about, Rosy doesn’t associate with jackasses.

GOOD QUESTION, WHAT THE HELL IS A STOKER CHRISTMAS LIKE

So first of all, their parents are public figures, which probably means the Stoker kids are forced to attend an endless parade of fancy annual Christmas parties. Imagine black tie dress robes and Rosy wearing sparkly satin heels and getting her hair and makeup criticized by mom. You're representing the family, Rosemary, do you really want everyone to look at you and think "butch lesbian"? Fix those eyebrows, PLEASE.

Oh god, also, at 16, this might mean Sy and Rosy are old enough to get "introduced" to teens from other prominent Californian wizarding families? Rosy forced to dance with trust fund assholes who all think they're smarter than her. Sy repeatedly reminded to be "charming" and watch his language, he was raised better than this. BOTH OF YOU SMILE, YOU LOOK LIKE YOU'RE BEING TORTURED. I imagine they've been doing this shit since they were born and they both hate it. Sy smuggles in a flask and offers Rosy drinks in between songs on the dance floor.

As for Christmas at home... I feel like the house is perfectly decorated by people who were paid to do it. Or maybe they have house-elves? The tree is massive and the decorations colour-coordinated, the presents underneath have been arranged to be photoshoot-ready. The kids make a game out of seeing who can sneak the most shitty macaroni craft ornaments onto the tree without Mom and Dad noticing, and maaaaybe the twins even let Freddy win. On Christmas day, their parents are too busy either making more public appearances or nursing hangovers, so Sy, Rosy and Freddy have their own private Christmas party where they give each other the presents which weren't perfectly wrapped by house-elves.

I DUG TOO DEEP, I UNLEASHED THE BALROG THAT IS HEADCANON. But this is what I was hoping for so idk who that makes me in this scenario.

Rosy is going to have to dance with so many terrible boys. Dweeby senator's sons with no rhythm! Asshole trust fund kids who keep stepping on her feet! That kid who never brushes his fucking teeth or something, why is his breath AU BAD?

I feel like Sy has offered her a flask at these things before and she was like, "Sylvester there are other ways to deal with being annoyed for a couple hours," but after getting those stupid sparkly heels stomped on LET'S FIND SOME SOLUTIONS IN A BOTTLE. Which is helpful bc before this I was like, I bet the Stokers are going to be at a million fancy parties and the twins need to get drunk at one and bitch and act like teenagers who don't think anyone can tell they're drunk.

And omg private stoker kids Christmas :x Where if anyone gets more presents than anyone else it's Freddy and it's because guilt is good for +1 presents.
