Okay We still got a couple days until the next Grotto party. And it's been a minute since the last meme, but this game is like seventy percent journals, so there's a lot of character actions that get lost in translation but also are probably kinda super important.

SO we should have a Getting to know YOUR character meme. ~~I don't know how to make the special text box within a box thing on our getting to know you meme, because apparently that was a question I forgot to ask during our html tutorial.~~

The questions are subject to change, because it doesn't matter. We don't go over apps that often after people join the game, so now is your time to gush about your characters so we as students attending the same school as your characters can know them as well as you do.

Pet Peeves:
Sleeping situation: Do they sleep nude? Do they have nightmares? Do they go to bed at 3am?
Behavior in class: Class clown? Hermione Granger? That asshole that reminds the teacher of homework?
Behavior out of class: Are they massive assholes? Do they live in detention? Do these assholes who claim to punch people actually punch them?
Clique: Probably more obvious on the journals, but who do they stick to on a daily basis. Do they have class wives? Who do they cling to for specific classes? WHO DO THEY EAT LUNCH WITH?
Music: Music is a vital part of high school. What tunes do they play in the cabin and are they obnoxious about it?
Physical disposition: Are they quieter in real life? Are they more relaxed? Are they funnier? Bonus question - what is their physical disposition right now, since that shit changes on a weekly basis? Are they more quiet than usual?
Sexual partners: Any kind of sexual, not just actual sex. Can be specific, can be a vague number. How experienced is this kid and how well known is that?
Rumors: What do other kids say about this kid? How much of that is true. WHAT IS THE GOSSIP, YO

Literally whatever you want to share about your characters, that you feel are vital to other students or friends, that are your personal headcanons, come and fucking gush about your characters, yo.

thoughts:

a) THEY ARE DOING A SUPER AWESOME GOOD JOB i mean sy only got a little bitchy about her house beating his house at quidditch

b) rosy should give sy her first draft notes in the classes they share. i mean come on rosy do you really need them anyway

c) what friend category does sy fall into????

d) sy has been established to be right-handed. i'm now imagining them as children getting really competitive about who can do things better with their right or left hands, which has resulted in them both being ambidextrous at some tasks

a) and she didn't even encourage him to burn down his cabin, they're growing up so much

b) take your own damn notes Sy, you won't even appreciate them. also they need to go in her first drafts binder

c) Sy falls into the Codependent Twin category. He is the only person I think Rosy actually trusts. SORRY ACTUAL FRIENDS.

d) at beer pong they need to be challenging each other to this shit, because rosy's pretty sure she's going to be awesome with her right hand, YOU'RE NOT OUT OF PRACTICE WITH YOUR LEFT HAND ARE YOU

a) IT WAS FUCKING RAINING or else he would've been tempted. but yes, these kids are so good!!!! ugh i need to tag that post because i was enjoying that convo with rosy SORRY I'M ALL OVER THE PLACE THIS WEEK

b) he doesn't need to take notes, he's making C's!!! and like a handful of B's. if he gets lucky in artificing he'll hit an A-. just think of how he'd go with rosy's first drafts binder.

c) ugh it goes both ways. Which is a raw deal for Rosy, because no one should trust Sy, he fucks up constantly. But for what it's worth, he would legitimately murder someone for Rosy. If she seriously asked him to, he would kill someone and get thrown out and not regret it for a second.

d) Oh my god YES. Can you imagine them like ten years old and they're shown a ping pong table and it's just four hours of hyper-competitive hell. Ping pong balls getting shattered with the sheer force of their prepubescent anger. Sy and Rosy coming up with increasingly intense and ridiculous challenges in order to prove who's the better ping pong player. And Mom and Dad look on and are like "ah, kids are so cute" and none-too-subtly egg on their favourites.

b) JUST IMAGINE HOW HE'D DO IF HE PAID ATTENTION IN CLASS. Rosy's not giving up on believing in youb Sy

c) rosy basically thinks of Sy as the only person who legitimately has her best interests at heart, but also she doesn't trust that he has his own best interests at heart. Also. If Sy ever showed up and asked her to help get rid of a body, she would without even hesitating. Plenty of time for lecturing later, let's get digging.

d) they're playing blindfolded and with the opposite hands and backwards while their parents have a glass of wine and casually remark "STAND UP STRAIGHT ROSEMARY, this is why Sylvester is beating you"
