Okay We still got a couple days until the next Grotto party. And it's been a minute since the last meme, but this game is like seventy percent journals, so there's a lot of character actions that get lost in translation but also are probably kinda super important.

SO we should have a Getting to know YOUR character meme. ~~I don't know how to make the special text box within a box thing on our getting to know you meme, because apparently that was a question I forgot to ask during our html tutorial.~~

The questions are subject to change, because it doesn't matter. We don't go over apps that often after people join the game, so now is your time to gush about your characters so we as students attending the same school as your characters can know them as well as you do.

Music: Music is a vital part of high school. What tunes do they play in the cabin and are they obnoxious about it?
Physical disposition: Are they quieter in real life? Are they more relaxed? Are they funnier? Bonus question - what is their physical disposition right now, since that shit changes on a weekly basis? Are they more quiet than usual?

Literally whatever you want to share about your characters, that you feel are vital to other students or friends, that are your personal headcanons, come and fucking gush about your characters, yo.

Name: Sylvester Orfeo Stoker. Despite only liking to be called "Sy," he doesn't mind his somewhat clunky name. His middle name is Italian/Spanish and it pairs with his sister's (Sy's means "night," Rosy's means "star").
Age: 17
Birthing order and has this affected them: Technically the middle child, but he's a twin, born 13 minutes after Rosy. Sy thinks of himself as the oldest son, and carries all the pressure to live up to his father. His brother Freddy is 13; Sy and Rosy are extremely protective of him and carry a lot of guilt for escaping to boarding school and not being around to shield him from their parents.
Daily schedule: Sy wakes up every day at 6, rain or shine, win or loss. (Unless he's severely hungover, but that doesn't happen often.) By 6:15, he's out for his morning run. Despite trying to act like dumb jock who doesn't give a shit, Sy likes routine and is a very punctual person, and hates having too much free time on his hands now that he's been kicked from all of his clubs. He's been serving detention every weekday after class, and it's been good for him. Aside from floor-cleaning, Vector decided there wasn't much point to forcing Sy to do menial labour, so Sy's been spending his detentions studying and doing homework.
Pet Peeves: A lot of things which I can't think of right now? Sy was supposed to be easygoing but he ended up pretty irritable and cranky because it was just funnier, with the dynamics of Copperteam.
Sleeping situation: He's in bed by 11 every night, bc early morning routine. When he has a hard time relaxing, he goes outside and bounces a Quaffle against the walls of his cabin. He wears a T-shirt and sweatpants to bed. HE'S CALIFORNIAN, IT'S FUCKIN COLD.
Behavior in class: Shitty student who sits in the back and doesn't take notes. If he says anything, it's usually smart-aleck comments at the expense of someone else. The nearest he comes to being a decent human being is in DADA, where Lilywhite would've murdered him by now if he tried to be a shit. Sy is also attentive in Artificing and Aesthetic Magic, because he can occupy himself by working with his hands.
Behavior out of class: Exactly how you expect. Sy's no longer punching people because if he punches someone, he loses his captainship, but fighting used to be a regular occurrence.
Clique: Rosy and Reid are Sy's best friends, but he would never call either of them that. The Coppertale Quidditch team is basically his "clique." Sy has a lot of people he'd consider friends, and he'd hang out with Riley, Addy or Katya any time in or out of class, but his relationships in general are pretty shallow.
Music: Rock & rap, both wizard and muggle artists. Sy plays his music at reasonable volumes because he's afraid of blasting his eardrums and having that affect his Quidditch performance.
Physical disposition: Sy carries himself confidently, takes up a lot of space, and tends to stomp like a T-Rex because Sy never does anything quietly. When he's trying to be obnoxious (i.e. all the time), he slouches and lounges around and gets into people's personal space; but when he's not thinking about it, he's straight-backed and holds himself like he doesn't want people to touch him or talk to him. This is the body language he learned from years of being forced to go to social functions for his family.
Sexual partners: Virgin and asexual. Sy doesn't understand why he dislikes the idea of sex, and doesn't particularly enjoy kissing or flirtatious physical contact either, although he'll make out with pretty girls, because that's what teen boys are supposed to do!!! Every time he's dated a girl, he tanked the relationship because this made him so uncomfortable. This is not something Sy has talked about to anyone.
Rumors: Damn idk. People have probably wondered if Sy is gay, because he's certainly overcompensating for something, but Sy isn't bothered by most of his roommates not being straight and he made out with a bunch of dudes during the first Grotto party, mostly as a competitive thing. It did nothing for him. :(

omg but he probably does???? sy is like a big bear, he'd just wrap you in his beefy arms and squeeze you hard. when they got their growth spurts, sy probably tried to hug rosy just so he could lift her off the ground and show off how tall he is now lmfao

hugs in the stoker family probably always carried some degree of passive-aggressiveness. well at least between sy and rosy (and their parents), they probably give real hugs to freddy :c

	You mean Sy got kicked and elbowed a lot as he tried to pick up Rosy WHAT ARE YOU DOING THIS IS NO WAY TO TREAT and then the rest is just muffled by a forceful bear hug. Omg Freddy is probably taller than rosy now too and she hates it, what happened to her baby Freddy :( (Reply to this) (Parent)
