is from San Francisco and went to Port Prep (and Hebrew school) before coming to Gooseberry

is Jewish, a lesbian, and planning to become either a hazzan (cantor) or rabbi (she's super musically oriented, so she's started leaning toward hazzan)

is in Dueling and Fencing, Choir, and Drama

is a contralto who tends to sneak in on tenor parts because 1) she can and 2) alto parts can get...repetitive

intends to audition for the role of the Phantom when the Drama Club's musical try outs roll around

is not good at subtle

tries not be too blunt or an asshole

wants people to be their best

has a wee Singapura named Yentl

HI AMY, welcome to the game! :D I'm Meggie, and I'm one of the mods. I have four characters so bear with me!

Rafael Ramirez (this journal) - Senior Coppertale Prefect - Rafael is in duelling with Harriet, he's in her house, and he's a big personality, so Harriet has probably seen plenty of him. He's poised and playful, but he's also an overzealous prefect and he loves being in charge. He's authoritative and doesn't take any shit, which means he often comes off as abrasive. I imagine he probably likes Harriet for her warm personality and how direct she is.

Reid Wainwright (

unresponsive) - Junior Coppertale Chaser - Reid's in Harriet's year and house! He's an awkward ice prince who struggles to string together sentences, and Harriet's definitely spent enough time around him to realize he's not unfriendly so much as really bad at expressing himself. If she's made a point of being nice to him over the years, by now he is probably deeply fond of her.

Diego Morales (

morale) - Senior Azurcrest musician - Beloved ditz, irresponsible impulsive self-centered emotional vampire. Diego is veeeeery friendly, but he's incredibly needy and tends to not think before he acts. He'll know Harriet through choir, where his voice is remarkably pretty but easily drowned out by stronger singers. He mostly plays indie folk music and has mastered a bunch of instruments. He'll be very friendly towards Harriet, naturally, and promises not to flirt with her on purpose.

Calvin Evercreech (

evercreep) - Sophomore Ribbonfin exchange student - Calvin is also in choir, where he has a remarkably high voice for a boy, which he's a little self-conscious about. Calvin is a former Slytherin bully who showed up last year thinking he was going to be TOP DOG. That... didn't work out for him. He's moody, whiny, and acerbic, but very smart. This year he's trying to be nicer but his personality still has a lot of sharp edges. He gets picked on by Sy Stoker, one of Harriet's yearmates.

Rafael: I'd say she'd get a long pretty well with him>

Reid: I'd say she'd have certain been nice and tried gently (though sometimes probably bluntly) encouraging him!

Diego: I'd say she likes him, and tries to make sure he can find places to be heard in choir!

Calvin: I'd say she kind of adores his voice and was probably a little " :O " when she first heard his high notes. She'd also appreciate his trying to be nicer, as she knows that can be hard.
