hi!

i know some of us have CDJs and i would love to add you all but i have also decided i'm too lazy to go through the player list and figure out who actually updates theirs. instead, if you have one and you use it semi-regularly (whatever. if you log in once a year?), post it in the comments and then i will go and add you. yay. others can do the same. that should be obvious.

unrelated: i realized this morning that quinn's baseball team of choice would def. be the toronto blue jays, and since she's in azurcrest, her gear can get twice the mileage. like, look:

"what do you mean, this 'isn't part of the uniform'??"

i also had an earth-shattering realization about "camping school" in the shower last night (#showerthoughts) but i can't remember what it was and IT'S DRIVING ME CRAZY.

edit: lol i totally forgot. mine's raptor.

hahahaaaa i also had that reaction. and then i went back for my master's and i said I'M ONLY DOING A MASTER'S THOUGH, THEN I'M GOING BACK TO WORK. and now HERE I AM. but do not worry about me! (tho thanks for the care! :*) my department is a major outlier in keeping us sane; it's the best little social club and everybody cares fiercely for one another, as well as being some of the best dang (IRL!) people i have met. plus, they let me title their papers, so it's really all i could ever ask for.

WHAT DON'T I STUDY IS A BETTER QUESTION! ... to which the answer is, a whole bunch of stuff. but i'm in for the anthropology of (contemporary, north american) religion! yoou? or was it you who's in lit? somebody here is in lit! if i remember correctly, anyway.

also, creative writing helps us become better writers anyways, and so may grad programs include gobs and gobs of hours. it just makes sense. obviously.

	Ooo anthro! Very cool c: that was one of my majors in undergrad and I've always wished I could have continued. I'm in for library&info sci tho, so there's definitely some overlap c: I totally agree! 	It does in fact have some balconies! The Lodge is based loosely on that building, but it has more towers and bells and whistles to make it ~more wizardy~. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	If anyone's curious, our inspiration for the interior is supposed to be the Old Faithful Inn, but we decided there was enough text for everyone to read without getting into THAT.
