Hey everybody, Patricia here with a new character. After an enormous amount of time struggling with a Beauxbatons muse, said struggle ended up producing a fourth Hogwarts kid. Go figure.

Anyway, this here is Zoe Wagtail, fifth year Hufflepuff prefect, and queen of all. Petite and girly, she looks and acts cute and sweet, but cross her at her own peril. Hers is a fiery temper, and it's only her attachment to her shiny new badge that stops her from following the Alastor Moody School of Punishment - that, and not knowing how to turn humans into ferrets yet.

And before you ask yes, she's the younger sister of the Weird Sisters' lead singer Myron Wagtail. They're complete opposites both in looks and personality, but they're still very close, though he drives her crazy with his overprotectiveness, as he fears that she might end up with someone like... well, like him. (Ew, she says.) His wish to look after her is such that he even made Orsino and Merton (the two Sisters who are still at school) promise to keep an eye on her - though I'll leave to whomever picks them whether they keep their promise or not. Zoe is outraged at this, but decided that the best way to deal with Myron is not not bother too much about boys and dating - with her OWLs and her prefect duties and all the excitement over the Tournament, she just doesn't have the time or patience to be rebellious. Because of this, feel free to have had your male character(s) ask her to the Ball; she would have said no regardless of her opinion of him.

	Yay new character! I think she and Cho would get along quite well. Cho says Zoe should come to the OWL study group! Ruby will know her because they're both prefects and in Chess Club, but she probably just thinks of her as Myron Wagtail's little sister. Sorry Zoe! (Reply to this) (Thread)

	I think Leanne would like her. Audrey might know her from drama club and probably thinks she's all right. Alexandra probably won't know her too well. (Reply to this) (Thread)

	Zoe will definitely know Leanne, at least from classes. She likes Audrey, fellow prefects and all. And she can't really tell Alexandra apart from the other Durmstrang girls, though that might change with future interactions. We'll have to wait and see. (Reply to this) (Parent)

Katie will know her from classes! Prior to the Team Potter/Team Cedric thing I think they would have been friendly, but if Zoe is very staunchly Team Cedric then that's probably affected things between them? (FYI, Katie is fine with people being Team Cedric as long as they're not anti-Potter. Which it sounds like Zoe is, having just read her application...)

And Ingvardine doesn't know who Zoe is.

She is rather anti-Potter, I'm afraid. She won't go out of her way to antagonize the Potter supporters, but she does think he's nothing but a show-off and a cheat, and back when she was using her "Support Cedric" badge she did flash the nastier side of it in his direction on more than one occasion. Because of this, I think she might be somewhat icy towards Katie right now. Sorry, Katie!

Zoe knows of Ingvardine, and is so unimpressed she really doesn't mind not being known.

That said I think the only one to really know Zoe much at all would be Allegra, being the same year and all. And since she's a Hufflepuff Allegra is probably relatively nice to her... at least for her cousin's sake anyway. Since y'know he's like her Jiminy Cricket... ....sort of... but not really.

ps: i still preferred our other choice when it came to Myron's PB. *giggles*

	And because of her dad and her own inner snakeyness, Zoe is relatively nice to Slytherins - well, the non-purists, anyway. Therefore, she'll be friendly back. PS: sniggers You know, given the PBs I picked for her parents, it would have been a Whopalooza if I'd gone for that Myron. Still, Julian is younger-looking. (Reply to this) (Parent)

Daw so cute.

Barney obviously knows her and will be friendly.

Mel will also know her from classes and the like, and she likes her well enough usually but Mel isn't too pleased with most of the Hufflepuffs at the moment so there may be clashes. People have stopped it with the Potter stinks badges, at least.

Lee vaguely knows her as he likes to know who all the prefects are so he can annoy them.

Yakov doesn't know her but will be nice enough.

Cute is great, regardless of what a certain Gryffindor might think.

Zoe will sometimes sigh in exasperation at the way Barney's thoughts seem to flow, but she likes him and will be friendly back.

Yeah, the Gryffindor-Hufflepuff rift is too deep for Zoe to try to avoid those clashes if they happen. She cannot forgive the cheating or those who stand by it.

Lee should thread very carefully. Zoe is raising an eyebrow at him and muttering something that sounds like "Annoy me. I dare you."

Zoe will be as nice and civil as possible to Yakov, even though she's wrinkling her nose in disgust. Such a waste of a cute face, she says.
