This is beyond creepy.

Again, like last time, texts appear on everyone's phone inviting everyone to a dinner party and a fancy ball. Formal gowns and tuxedos that fit perfectly also appear in every closet.

Upon arrival, gourmet food, still piping hot and perfectly prepared, is at each table. Music comes from somewhere, setting the scene for a very formal and high-class night of socializing.

There are no servants, no people, nothing to serve the food or clear it away, but somehow all of this gets done the moment you look away.

Is this place ever going to let us go??

Is there anyone else here with any sort of medical training? I've gathered a lot of supplies and set up a makeshift infirmary of sorts. It would be good to know who else we have available in case of an emergency.

At exactly 9:30am on Saturday morning, the bell on City Hall mysteriously chimes one...two...then three times before stopping. When it stops, the doors open on their own and the smell of delicious food wafts out from inside. Everyone's device has a message from an unknown number telling of a gathering at City Hall for everyone who has arrived in the town.

As people arrive, the first thing that will catch their eye as they enter the large room to which they are guided is a large and ornate buffet table. Everyone's favorite dishes are there, prepared perfectly and exactly the way they like them best. Every beverage desired is also available. Everything is fresh and hot although there seems to be nobody around preparing the food or putting it out. However, everything seems somehow to remain full.

Spread out through the room are tables where people can sit, eat and talk, but there is also a large open space for mingling. On the other side of the room is a table covered in different sorts of pamphlets. Some of them are maps of the town, guides to what sort of places are available here. There is absolutely nothing telling how they have arrived, or what is in store for them.

Soft music plays from an unknown source, changing from time to time to the preferences of the different people who have arrived.

It's creepy, but somehow very pleasant at the same time.

What is this place? I don't like it. Everything smells weird.

So, I haven't been on Earth in decades, but I take it it's still weird for towns to be this empty? And quiet? So...when's the shit going to hit the fan?

Do we have rules here or can I sort of set up my own housing idea and be where I prefer? Like does anyone care?

We need to be gathering supplies.

It's peaceful now, but we have no idea how long it's going to last. When it ends, we need to have all the things we can close at hand.

Medicines. Food. Extra clothes. We should have groups of two or three searching all the houses in the town so that we're prepared.

I'm gonna be a demonbuster with my wife and some other guy and it's gonna be awesome! We're gonna bust some demons. Or something. I don't know but it's gonna be cool!

But we need Ghostbusters to get the ghosts too.
