Hey everyone- I know I haven't been too active lately (I managed to join the week before massive midterm and certification exams, because I genius planner I am not), but just letting you know that I'm out of town for a couple more days and not reachable through email. I'll be able to receive email on my phone, but I can't respond. You can still IM me if you need to! I'll be on Mobile status.

On that note...I'll be back around the 19th. Anyone want to get busted by Paul (and possibly outsmart him)? Hope everyone's having a good week!

Hey all! I’m Teresa, a new player here, although I think I’ve talked to a bunch of you before. On the heels of Nick’s introduction of Peter Parker, I’m bringing you Paul Denning, another Sentinel (dun dun duuun). He’s quite a bit different than Peter in the fact that he doesn’t really give a damn about morals; he’s in this for the paycheck, so if it doesn’t directly pertain to him catching mutants, he can usually be bribed into looking the other way.

He’s an ex-mercenary who fought in Africa and Vietnam so he’s pretty tough. He isn’t the brightest, but he’s not at dumb-blonde level. He says “heeeeey” and winks to all those ladies out there, but God forbid a woman get the better of him physically or intellectually. I think that’s pretty much the run-down on him, but if you want more information, it’s here.

Hey there everybody! This is Nick and I'm bringing in a new character! Peter Parker to be exact. A few things to know about Peter for all you Brotherhood peeps out there; Pete is a Sentinel. That's right, you heard that correctly. Peter Parker is a Sentinel. ZOMG!GASP! /dramatics

A normal human that grew up in NYC, Peter had a hard knock life with out all of that singing. His history is pretty similar to cannon with a few exceptions. All of the details can be found here in his profile for the curious few. What has stayed the same is his uncle's death which Pete had taken to heart. He felt the senseless murder was his fault and has warped his life around that moment. So to keep things like that from happening to others, he became a cop. Because of his tenacious attitude and deductive skills, he was transfered to the Sentinels.

Now what does that mean for the folks of Mutant Town? Whyyy it means that people won't be able to get away with nearly as much any more. ;) Pete is damn near relentless in the chase. He's also a decent person and an exceptional cop. So he may bust your ass but he's not going to beat you senseless. He's not crooked like some of the people on the force. So no worries there.

SO! Plot suggestions and ideas would be much appreciated! I think it was more or less unofficially decided that he'll be partnered up with Paladin? I'm not too sure but we can definitely work that out. If you have any ideas, feel free to drop them here! I look forward to playing with you all with both characters. :D my aim is still nightcrwlr48 if you want to chat or plot on there.

All right. Sad but true, the spring semester has picked up again earlier last week. Because of this, I am afraid my availability 'may' not be what it has been. I have class Monday through Friday just about all day, majority of my spare time will be on Tuesday and Thursday evenings with Macroeconomics following at 9 AM MWF. This is not me telling you I am not going to be around, however, I am simply stating that my schedule is JAM packed. To be quite honest, school bores the hell out of me.

Yes, I am in honors classes and have a 3.9 GPA and I write a lot of papers and do a lot of power point presentations during the semester; Yet, I still maintain my activity. If for some reason I slack off or something of the sort please do not hesitate to e-mail and get me in order. No need to worry :)

Okay guys, hi! It's Callirhoe with a fourth (yikes!) character. Please meet Riptide, aka Janos Quested... he just goes by Riptide, his MUTANT NAME, because he hates humans. Like, a lot. He's new in town, just got out of prison after like twelve years in there, has had an eventful past which you can read about in his profile if you like. If that is tl;dr for you, then just know that he is a career criminal, originally from Chicago, who has done many bad things over his lifetime, including some of them in NYC, and now he is here and ready to wreak havoc on the humans of M-Town. His mutation is the ability to spin his body at hurricane speeds, and he grows these bone shards that come out of his skin (hi, Marrow!) which he can fling as superfast projectiles. And also he has purple eyes. :)

Riptide's only been around M-Town for a couple of weeks (squatting in Broho territory, though he doesn't know it, so if anybody wants to come give him the "move along now" speech, I am game for that!), but oh man, does he have Plans. He will soon begin to collect mutant toughs and thugs around him in his quest to drive the humans out of M-Town in response to the Friends of Humanity muscling up; these thugs will become the Marauders, with sponsorship from Essex who will use them to peddle his mutant drugs. I anticipate that they'll clash with everybody at some point or other, but I am hoping for some kind of truce or deal with the Brotherhood, since the FoH are their enemy in common.

And, of course, I am looking for some more dangerous human-hating mutants to join his few, his happy few, his band of brothers. If you're looking for another character to pick up, do consider a Marauder -- it could be awesome, guys! They'll obviously be different from in the comics, but any of these guys would be welcome (though Riptide would have to be super impressed by any of the ladies to allow them to join; he's pretty darn sexist, sorry), or anyone who wants to defect from the Broho or the Morlocks or anywhere else. Riptide will be recruiting in-game as well. :)

So! If anybody wants some plot or backstory with him, let me know! Since he's new in town and has spent the last decade+ in prison, I imagine not many people would know him right now, but he was in NYC before getting shipped off to the big house, so there's a possibility there. For future plot, any Broho members might clash with him or make deals with him; any purveyor of dubiously-legal goods might sell to him (or, once he gets with Sinister, buy from him); any prostitute might, uh, do business with him. <3

I just wanted to say thank you guys for making this game what it is and thank you for making my job a pleasant experience! You're all awesome!! ((This is as happy as Stephen Dorff gets!))

All right, so I want Logan to go kick some ass of this new gang on the Brotherhood turf. Who's with me! I'm thinking something like Logan and maybe one other muscle goes to deal with these punks. They probably kick ass but maybe the fight gets broken up by the Sentinels - the gang gets the impression that the Sentinels would rather help out the FoH than them. Logan's going to get himself into some trouble over that eventually, but for now just some scrapping would be good.

Meesh, you want to play some FoH punks for us? Maybe Creed too?

Hello again. It's me, Jay. Because I'm crazy and have too much imagination to not pick up more characters XD

This time I bring you Regan Wyngarde, daughter of Jason Wyngarde. Though she doesn't know him by anything other than his name. It's kind of sad, because she has this idealistic image of who her father is as a person. Boy, is she in for a rude awakening.

Anyway, Regan has what you might call a riches to rags story, but it was entirely by choice. She was born on the Upper East Side in New York to a very rich mommy who eventually married her very rich step-daddy. She's been a spoiled brat her entire life and thinks she deserves the best of the best. Eventually, she got tired of her step-dad treating both her and her mom badly and she got annoyed with her mom for not having a backbone. So she disowned her parents and went off on her own.

I like to compare her transformation to the one her PB's taken in real life. Pristine princess to independent and a little too grown up.

She has the same powers as her dad, pretty much. Projecting illusions. She's yet to find out that they're psychosomatic, though I have plans for that. Unlike her dad, she's got a touch of telepathy, though she isn't entirely aware. The times she's used it up to now have been entirely accidental.

Um...she's independent at the moment and just doing her thing in M-Town. If you'd like to read the rest of her info, it's here. And you know where to find me if you want to plot or chat!

Lots of things going on, my lovelies! First of all, I hope you all had a wunderbar holiday! Secondly, there's much to do! Lets get right down to it!

Hi guys,

All I can say is that I'm sorry for my absence. Real life has kicked me in the butt and told me that its time to concentrate on reality rather than my pretty characters. Therefore, I'm sorry to say that I'm dropping out of the game. I wish I could stay but I'm the sort of addict that Role Playing takes up all of my time - time that I need to spend figuring out how to get into college and retrieve a job instead of relying on parents. I love this game and community, and I'll miss every one of you but this is Mary signing out.

All right, now that the holidays are almost over I just want to get my barrings straight. Before I get myself into some new stuff, I believe I am in a few threads right now that are waiting reply.

I know everything has all been up in the air because a lot of people haven't been around, then you throw a holiday into the mix and everything gets all crazy people are all over the place haha. I have my head in the game and I'm ready to pounce man, seriously. I know there has been some plotting regarding Remy, Piotr and Rogue and being that Remy is fairly new to the game(or at least to me) I'd like to get the ball rolling on that soon(like..tomorrow ;x).

I would also like to get something going with Calvin (and perhaps Jason?)regarding the Sentinels. Perhaps a little bit of a beat down, or something of the sort. I have no idea but I'm starving for action.

I should make mention that its gonna be slow posting from me until after this weekend. It seems the hustle and bustle of things is making it hard for me to get online/concentrate on anything other than Christmas at the moment. :D (Eeee! Is anyone else as excited as I am?)

There are lots of new things in the works, plot and otherwise, so look out for that and if anyone needs anything please don't hesitate to contact me (e-mail is the best!)

And if anyone needs a hiatus, or anything like that, let me know! I had pushed back the activity check date until Friday, December 31, but I might push it back even further to the second Saturday in January (the 8th) - would anyone be opposed?
