I've updated the rules to include this:

2. friend_me is, as stated above, an asylum for posting friending memes. If you post an entry that is not a friending meme, it will be deleted by the mod(s). You will be notified via private message by the mod(s) that your entry has been deleted and why.

Because, while I thought it was pretty clear, it apparently wasn't. This should avoid any confusion as to the purpose of this asylum. (See the changes in the info for yourself here.)
