Ok, the two tags issues have been resolved as per the results of the poll (or near enough, anyway).

The first one, spin-off fandoms and their fandoms of origin, has been resolved like this: any spin-off shows will be tagged by their fandom of origin (ie, what they're spun-off from) and the friending topic will be the name of the spin-off. For example, a meme for fans of Angel would be tagged like this, "fandom: buffy the vampire slayer, friending topic: angel the series" (done that way to differentiate from any memes for the the character Angel).

If the owners of these memes could re-label their memes to match the new tags, it'd be much appreciated:

Also, the memories have been changed to reflect the tags change.

The tags change has been mentioned in the rules section of the asylum info (under rule no. 4).

As for the second tags issue, I'm leaving the Final Fantasy tags as they are.
