"She can't hate you." Ginny said softly, anger growing inside of her, but not directed towards Harry this time. "She didn't even bloody well bother to get to know you well enough to hate you." There was a bitter bite to her voice. "What she did to you is inexcusable, Harry. She had a responsibility to you as your Aunt and she...Well, she didn't live up to it." Honestly, Ginny felt that Lily had a right to know about how her sister had treated Harry over the years. But the thought of laying more guilt onto the other redheaded woman wasn't entirely appealing. Ginny was sure Lily felt bad enough about not being there to see her son grow up without finding out that the person trusted to take care of him had done a shite job of things.
