As soon as Godric turned back to her, looking much the man she remembered and not the scary Godric she now knew could exist, Helena slumped into him. Exhaustion and weakness were getting to her, but she would not faint again. She was determined not to. She also wasn't completely sure she could walk back to the castle on her own just yet. But she wanted to go home, she wanted to apologize to her Daddy and then just collapse into his arms and do as he said for as long as he wanted her to.
Shaking her head a little, Helena wouldn't let go of Godric's arm. "I do not know." It seemed as if before she was even finished talking, Godric has scooped her up into his arms and started on their way back to the castle. Helena relaxed into his arms, resting her head against his shoulder. He'd almost killed a man for her tonight, and Helena was more grateful for him then she ever had been before.
