No need to know what you're doing or waiting for, but if anyone should ask
Who: Heimdall (mr_white) & Odin (_wanderer_)
What: Rabbits are better than kids. Rabbits are always better than kids.
Where: Odin's home, New Boston.
When: Saturday, past midnight
Warnings: tba
'You can come over' translated into 'get over here' and 'the door is open' into 'now'.
Heimdall waited for Huginn and then waited some more after the raven dropped a key on his head but failed to deliver directions. He didn't mind or blame the bird. It wasn't Huginn's fault that he had a small brain, after all.
The watchman hitched a hike over to New Boston and walked the remaining distance, carrying the raven on his shoulder all the while. It was way past midnight by the time he let himself into Odin's home. Fortunately, in a small town like this, most people were in bed, too busy dreaming of a better tomorrow only to wake up to the same routine as every day to notice the arrival of a stranger.
"Old man?" Heimdall called out as he dropped his bag and pulled the hat off his too dark hair.
