Who: Marijuana (through the speakerphone at the beginning), Adonis, College, Allegra Lenkeit/Elpis, Dylan Hayes, Dave, Cam, Matt, Wes (MJ NPCs), Mischa (Sato NPC), Maria, Kris (Heroin NPCs), open to crashers who won't kill any of my lovely NPCs or burn the Highway down. Srsly.
Where: The Highway.
When: Sunday evening.
