This place seems to be going a little mad. Every day I look and see if someone I know shows up. So far... oh well. I have survived this long.

I am a horrid baker it seems.

I don't really know how, either. I can put together a sandwich, and hot water plus oats is pretty foolproof, so at least I won't starve. After that, I'm lost. There should have been some sort of instruction manual included in the pamplet.

I must admit I am not very good at even putting a sandwich together. I was never taught how to cook or bake, was not required while I grew up. Andy is offering to teach me, perhaps someone will teach you? I would offer except I am still learning.

I just know simple things from spending so much time in the kitchen, talking to Kreacher. Of course, most of what I learned was how to nick chicken while her back was turned so I didn't have to wait for supper, but I still consider it a useful life-skill. Or at least it would be, if Evan or Rosa knew how, either. Sadly stealing food while it's still being cooked requires someone to be actually cooking.
