Of course, I finally get to run a restaurant, the way I've always wanted to, and here they come taking us away from here. Thank you for that. Really, I appreciate it.

That sounds like a good idea. Unfortunately, I don't think I can pack up the entire restaurant, so I'll just settle for at least packing up my best knives. Easiest to carry, and what I'd most miss from there.
