SO AFTER WEEKS, or at least A week of planning, everyone who considers themselves friends or family of Jayne and/or Dora was invited to tonight's shindig. There were plans to host it in the TARDIS but since Dora couldn't ask Tau if she could take her party supplies out of the RoR, the party was held inside, instead. Three of the four corners were absolutely slathered in all things Nerdy, and the fourth (the one to the right of the door, with a clear, non-nerdy path) is what Dora's been calling 'The RJ Corner', where there are just comfy chairs and couches and normal foods (strawberry cupcakes and punch) and things are not nerdy at all, just mingley and social.
FOR ACTIVITIES there was a make your own Sonic Screwdriver, and you could paint your face like a Klingon and the cake was really a gingerbread firefly-class vessel. There were fun prop glasses to make yourself look nerdy, and everyone got a TARDIS bag to put their shit in when they wanted to go home. There was NERDS candy, and Audra brought booze and if you didn't have fun you better not tell Dora or she will be sad.

I'm really starting to think that we're going to be here for another month. This is the longest we've ever been in one world, and I keep feeling like getting too comfortable is wrong but... you know? I can't really help it.
What if we did just stay here... That wouldn't be so bad, would it? It's peaceful. Since we arrived here I've gotten more sleep than I have in the last few years. I'm not forgetting what we need to do but... is it wrong to want a break?
