Battlescars Journal: Anonymous
Is anyone else ever (even temporarily or very briefly) thankful for anything they or others would usually consider a bad side effect of their treatment?

Normally it's annoying, unhelpful or at the least something I just get on with, but just at the moment, just briefly it is a relief. And that's strange for me.

Thoughts? And no I don't wish to be more specific.

I would ask you to define treatment to give you a better reply, but that would go against you not wanting to be more specific probably so I will go with no because I am not receiving treatment. Based on an assuming of possible side effects however I can say were I receiving treatment there is a good chance I would be thankful for some of the side effects I can think of even if that thankfulness did not last long.

Original writer here.

I kind of wish I hadn't said treatment to be honest. For me it's a treatment thing, but for others something might fall into 'general after effects of war etc.' category.

Glad you think it seems possible. And yes, trying to explain any more would give away more than I want to. Thank you though.
