I never used to have trouble sleeping. Or at least, getting to sleep.

	~~As someone with insomnia~~ I have similar problems. I suggest establishing a firm routine before getting to bed. Another thing is to find something to do if you truly can't get to sleep, you might as well do something useful with your time, plus it might exhaust you. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. 	I usually have one. I've never had much trouble, despite time zone hopping. ~~It's me being stupid.~~ I just don't want to take any potions, and I'm ~~sorer than hell~~ too stiff to get properly comfortable. I'll have to find something to work on. Thanks so much. (Reply to this) (Parent)
