Do what you can to clear my schedule for the next week or so. I'll be over at the Lovegood's helping Luna with her father's funeral, etc. If something can't be put off, I'd appreciate it if you'd handle what you feel comfortable with.

Put my caterer on standby. Luna will probably need something to wear, so get in touch with whoever you'd recommend. Whichever barrister in the pool who is best with death, taxes, and inheritance. I'll let you know about a funeral director, church, and all the rest after I have a chance to sit down with Luna and find out how she wants things done. Given that X was a public figure, it might be prudent to plan for some discrete security as well. I'll ask Dora to attend the actual ceremony with me, just in case, but I'm thinking Luna doesn't need to be bothered at home right now.

Owl to Pandora

Dora,

I assume by now you've seen the notice about Mr.Lovegood passing. I'll be over at the house helping Luna with arrangements.

I'd appreciate it if you could plan to attend the actual funeral and other goings-on with me. The old gentleman was a bit of a loose canon in print, and I'd hate for any of his fans or detractors to disturb Luna at this time. There isn't likely to be a disturbance made you and I couldn't handle together.

Rich --

You wanted Gemma moved onto a contract of her own, so I've put her on the Berlin project. She leaves the morning after tomorrow, and Konrad will help her get settled and look after her. Irina is taking over the Moscow project, since she's the best translator currently in the office. Henry's already left for Dublin for the meeting you had with Chris O'Keefe, with a copy of the files, so he'll be able to present in full.

I'll go personally to the meeting in Guadalajara this afternoon, and John's covering the office while I'm gone. I'll also go to New York tomorrow, and Greece on Friday. Everything else, I'm still putting into place; I'll send you another memo tonight when I have it all set.

The caterer has promised extra staff to handle whatever you need. I've sent a note to Marcel that Ms Lovegood may need an outfit on rush; if so, he'll work it up himself. Jeannie has two morning time-slots cleared to meet with you tomorrow to discuss financials, whichever Ms Lovegood chooses. Let me know if I need to talk to Robert about security.

If Dora needs anything, let me know.
