Question for my fellow business owners! How do you deal with customers who don't follow the rules of your establishment?

I ask only because I had yet another patron wander in drunk today, and then get belligerently upset when I asked him to come back when he was sober, even though that rule is clearly posted on the front door and all over the place inside.

Any thoughts would be appreciated! Otherwise I'm going to ask Zacharias to put up wards against drunks on the entrance to the parlor.

Drunk customers are few and far between in Sweet Nothings, but there has been a few over the years. Rather, our troublesome customers tend to be of the opinion that they're free to touch and sample our cakes and other products.

The few times when pressure or outright threats from other customers haven't been enough to stop them before we could interfere, friendly admonishment have been enough. Sometimes it has followed by outright demands to leave the establishment or even the summoning of law enforcement to deal with them.

Okay, first off, that sucks.

I'm finding that politeness is not really working for me in these situations, unfortunately. Thankfully I've never had to get law enforcement involved, but one of my employees did have to practically man-handle this guy out the door. I'm just worried about how I'll deal if it's a day I'm in the parlor by myself.
