Okay, first off, that sucks.

I'm finding that politeness is not really working for me in these situations, unfortunately. Thankfully I've never had to get law enforcement involved, but one of my employees did have to practically man-handle this guy out the door. I'm just worried about how I'll deal if it's a day I'm in the parlor by myself.
